Hi, I own Viper Ultimate and goliathus extended chroma mats for about a year but still have the similar problem. When I try to connect both of them to a type C hub that has a power plug and support power delivery up to 100w, either the mouse is randomly disconnect with the charging dock or the mouse mat disconnect. I already put up a 65w charger and still won't do good, but when I plug it directly to laptop, no problem occurred. Why I just don't plug it all to laptop? The reason why I use laptop because of the portability and when I need to bring it, I need to unplug it one by one, but If I use the hub, it become hassles. Btw, my laptop have a type c plug but just an ordinary type c, no thunderbolt support or PD support. What should I do for this problem gone? Thank you :)

Similar issue occurred to me. It is an issue where USB hubs do not work well on user interactive RAZER peripherals. Whether it is low power driven or poor data bandwidth, is still a question. Some RAZER peripherals have issues working on the USB hub, anything that is user interactive devices. Such as mouse, keyboard. I connect user interactive devices to its individual ports. I have tested with number of USB hubs, I still cannot find an answer. On my PC, I have a 4 way USB hub connected to USB type C port, which I use to connect non-user interactive devices
  • RAZER Kiyo
  • RAZER Kraken Tournament Edition
  • RAZER Goliathus Chroma Extended
  • RAZER Huntsman Elite RGB lighting
The above devices work without a problem.
