Razer viper ultimate dongle fully not working


I turned off my pc last night and when I boot it back up this morning the dongle is not working. Every application to sync my mouse and dongle constantly sais failed but my pc is detecting the dongle. when attempting to update it keeps  going back to update like nothing happend.

Hi,

Can you post a screenshot from windows device manager - how the dongle is detected there?

Have you tried to put it into a different USB port (at least USB 3.0 or newer) or on different PC?

the mouse pops up like this, it also does not work on other ports/devices

I have this exact same issue with my cyberpunk 2077 viper ultimate. Razer support was unable to resolve this. ( i believe there is a hardware issue with the dongle.) 

Synapse doesn’t see my mouse when using wireless, but i can plug directly into the PC and it will be there.

Bought mine more than a month ago and I can’t use it wirelessly. Using it with a dongle constantly connects/disconnects. Already updated the device firmware and tried it on another computer. The problem still exists.

I have the same issue, It showed up after some years of using it and it was just suddently. Maybe some software update either by windows or razer itself side… It’s so sh**ty, Everyday I regret more buying this s**d mouse… Since the very beggining the charging dock didn’t work

Same problem with my R.Viper mouse, sent back my old mouse and Razer sent me a new one, I just opened it, straight from the box, the exact same problem!! Please help!

All of the sudden it’s working now, but yes, it is brand new mouse (replacement)

I have the same problem, could someone solve it?
Yesterday everything was fine with the dongle and the device but today it didn't work anymore


I have the exact same issue since month ago, but just few days ago the dongle is complete dead

I have the same problem with Barracuda X first time i bought it was 2022 and was working just fine now on 2023 oct 21 the dongle not showing in my computer anymore

same problem, I bought my razer viper ultimate like last year, (march 2023). And it stopped working wireless like during holiday seasons (Christmas). I was gonna buy a new replacement, but i tried to do this before.. Still didn't work, i guess i need to buy a new dongle


same problem, the dongle was working fine for almost a year but suddenly the dongle keeps disconnecting somehow.

I have the same problem for a while now and tried several updates… nothing works and now sign of any razer support on this topic so far!

We all paid so much money on these products, just to get a broken device! And after over a year now still no sign of any staff trying to help or give support on this!
