Product Registration/Product Number

Hi, I recently got the Razer Kraken X headset for Christmas and have only just now gotten round to registering the product, however, I have since thrown away the product packaging which I'm lead to believe has the product number on. I currently have the serial number as this is on the product but cannot continue with the process as I do not have the product number. I have found a number of sorts from the getting started manual, this being IPIG-RZ04-0289-190328-JIO but this is not the same as the RZXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXX code required. Any help is appreciated and just hope I'm not doomed.

This is the product number: RZ04-0289-19032. But you have to use the S/N to register the device. PM me should you need further assistance.

Hi I'm also having a similar issue registering my Razer Kraken X headset. I tried keying in RZ04-0289-19032 but it came out as RZ04-0289-190-32 and still received "the product number was not valid."

Registering the product requires both the Unique ID and the Product Number. I tried both but it didn’t work.

Unique ID is your S/N or serial number and the Product Number required on the page is self-explanatory. PM me the serial number of your headset so I can run it through the system. I'll be locking this thread until further notice.
