Tresher ultimate for PS4 firmware update

I need help installing the PS4 firmware update ! I cant get past the second step no matter what I try. the audio hub in connected to my pc using the USB male to male cable and the micro USB cable but still cant move onto the next step

    Hi @Marlton. Can you put up a video detailing the issue particularly when the update stops and what happens right after?
