Hi there, I assume you're familiar with the standard process of installing razer software from the device drivers. I recently built a new PC and installed razer synapse from the prompt that appeared upon plugging in my Razer Deathadder to my PC. I customized some buttons and everything was running smoothly, but later that week I encountered a memory problem that required my to reset my PC. All x86 program files were deleted (luckily most of my large files were on my E drive) but this included Razer Synapse. The download links I found to re-download the program just got me an installer and I had to key in a product ID. I already threw out the box, so I was wondering if there's a way to prompt the mouse to reinstall the software like it did the first time I used it. Thanks

Hi there, @Mercury_556! The official links for our Razer Synapse apps should be here: Razer Synapse 2: https://www.razer.com/synapse-2 Razer Synapse 3: https://www.razer.com/synapse-3 If you are still getting trouble installing the app, send me a PM together with the screenshot of the app. Let's continue from there.
