Holding down right click Razer Naga Trinity

When holding down right mouse button and pressing any of the side buttons releases the holding button. In games like World of Warcraft and others where you need to hold down right mouse button to turn the camera and the buttons for abilities, it will stop moving the camera. I have tried reinstalling Razer Synapse and i still get the issue, does anyone know a fix for this?

I have the same problem. If anyone can give any advice to solve the problem I would appreciate it. It only has 6 months of use and I do not understand that it will break down from one moment to the next.

Mine recently started doing this and I bought mine around 6 months ago also... could it be something to do with the software? I had my old Naga mouse for years and it eventually did this after many many years of very good use... 6 months seems like it has to be a software fault rather than mechanical! Anyone else getting this problem or know how to fix?
