Zotac 3000 series w/ Chroma

I purchased a Zotac 3080 Trinity OC and was under the impression I'd be able to sync the lighting with the several other chroma products I own. However, this doesn't appear to be the case? Zotac was contacted regarding this and stated this falls on Razer, ideas? Thread here. Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing. It's listed as one of the Chroma connected devices https://www2.razer.com/chroma-workshop-connected-devices but it doesn't show up in Synapse.
