Razer bade 15 advanced battery issues

I have a Razer Blade 15” advanced model and recently took it to get cleaned. When I went to pick it up they hadn’t put it back together and said the battery was bulging and warping the laptop. They wouldn’t even remove it because they said it could explode. It’s usable without the batter but afterward, a lot of the keys on the right side of my keyboard stopped working. I was going to just replace the battery but now it seems to be having even more problems. Anything helps, thanks. MN RZ09-03017E02 Battery RZ30-0248
