Hammerhead Pro Mic Issues

I just got my new earbuds from Best Buy, and they are the newest version. I use them with my Galaxy S10e phone. The sound quality is great. But whenever I'm driving, and use them to make phone calls, people keep telling me my audio is horrible. When I'm not driving, there's no issue. I had a friend say that it's almost like it's using the mic from my phone instead of the earbuds. I can still hear through them, but my audio is awful to other people.

Did you try to fully charge the earbuds or update the app/your phone for further isolation? You can also try to test it further on multiple devices and applications. Download the audio app and check for a firmware update as well. Otherwise, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you address the mic issue of your earbuds. Thanks!
