Razer naga v1 buttons getting stuck and mouse not working for short amount of time.

I am having problems with my Razer Naga v1’s buttons getting stuck and the mouse not working for a second and then working again causing my pointer to freak out. I have tried all the recommendations on the mouse support I have cleaned the mouse, updated firmware, reinstalled mouse drivers, and testing on another PC. I tried the mouse support but when I enter my S/N it say’s “Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty”. I bought the mouse on amazon a little over a year ago and the warranty on mice is 2 years so I am not sure why it is saying it is out of warranty. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
