7.1 Surround Sound not showing up

The 7.1 Surround Sound Option is not showing up in my Sound Devices. (I have Razer kraken X Headset) I can open the RzerAppEngine but it has a orange triangle caution sign that says I have to select 7.1 Surround Sound. I have no 7.1 surround sound as an output sound device.

I have a similar problem. Yesterday, all was good. Output Device was set to 7.1 surround sound, surround sound worked perfectly and the microphone worked fine, enhancements were turned off. Now, after adjusting enhancements, 7.1 surround sound is not available in output device. Only Realtek HD is listed in output device but I can't tell if it's selected or just listed. The surround sound does work but now there's a shhh sound present and it will only work with the enhancements on. I've been repeatedly searching through every setting I can think of to no avail. Please respond to our queries as I've seen multiple unanswered threads regarding this issue. Thanks
