Kraken V4 Pro - OLED Control Hub - Home Screen Display

Hi

I bought it yesterday.

However hard I try I cannot send “System Information” to Home Screen Display.

A warning appears : “ HOME SCREEN DISPLAY You selected Home Screen display was not applied successfully to the device. You can revert to the previous image or retry your last selection” 

I have no idea what I should do.

Razer Synapse 4 (last update Feb 13,2025) and the last firmware installed.

I’d appreciaty for any piece of advice, pls.

 

I have to say that I would be more satisfied if there was an  option to set the screensaver as time /date instead of 3 snakes.

    Again and again It is impossible to send SYSTEM INFO to OLED Control Hub

    Hi

    Me again

    After connecting to my laptop (MSI GP66 Leopard) I was able to send some information to the OLED Control Hub.

    Some, because date and headset battery status only

     

    Unfortunately any other System Information unable to be display correctly

    CPU

     

    GPU

     

    TIME ?????????????????????

     

    I have been waiting for any reply from Razer Support.

    I hope they are working on the next firmware or/and new  Razer Synapse

     

    After connecting to my PC - NOTHING

    Unfortunately a new firmware 

    didn’t solve this issue.

    When can I expect a new firmware to be available again???????
