Barracuda X 2022 update problem

Hi. I recently bought a Barracuda X 2022 and wanted to update the soft. Unfortunately, on 2 laptops on which I tried (via cable + usb, or directly via usb-c) to connect the dongle, I can't go through the 2nd page of the update. I have the information "plug in the wireless dongle directly to your PC. Do not use a non-powered USB hub" and the "next" option is greyed out.
Windows sees the headphones, the sound works (even 7.1 via app), the same with ps5, only I am not able to update ....
Am I doing something wrong or my dongle is broken? Anyone else had such a problem?

Do you have right firmware for it?
Because when you look at the dongle image in FW updater it looks like it's for 2021 version (it has USB C on center), 2022 ver have USB-C on right side.

EDIT: I've just checked, that there's no FW update for 2022 version (yet).
On the page with updates there is no info that it's for 2021 not 2022 version.
And to be honest I thought that photo of dongle it's just a "dongle image", no matter what version the update is for..but apparently I was wrong :)
Thank you for clarify and info.

Yes, this can be misleading.

Hi can you help me, my barracuda x 2022 cant use 7.1 surround sound on my pc. I already instal 7.1 software and follow evry step on razer youtube but it stil didnt work.

Its only working on handphone when i try the surround things.

I too am having this exact same problem with the firmware updater  “NEXT” button remains greyed out.

I was experiencing the same problem. I didn’t realize there were different firmwares for the different types of barracuda headsets. I was attempting the firmware update for the normal version when i have the pro. I don’t know if everyone is as air headed as me but this might help some people!
