Dude, hang on. Do you realize where we are? Friend: No. Me: Look around, man. The clean modern aesthetic. The RGB color palette. We’re in… Friend: Any generic gaming company! Me: Razer Insider! [pause] Me: Did you say any generic gaming company? Friend: Nope. I said Razer Insider. Just like you.

Meet the new Razer Base Station V2 Chroma. Built for both form and function, this Chroma RGB headset stand delivers utility through a 2-port USB hub for your gaming gear. Beyond putting your gaming headset on a pedestal, it elevates your audio experience with a 3.5mm combo port with built-in DAC that converts stereo into 7.1 surround sound for deeper immersion. Available in Classic Black, Mercury, and Quartz: https://www.razer.com/gaming-headsets-and-audio-accessories/razer-base-station-v2-chroma/RC21-01510100-R3U1
this looks sick!

Just as a matter of interest, I know you can't connect 2 x Razer Base Station 1 and have them detected seperately in Synapse 3, it only sees one of them. I have my Razer Nari and an old pair of MDR-1000X which will hopefully replace with the Opus at some point, so would like 2 headset stands, so my question - if I get one Base Station v2 and one Base Station v1 will these be configurable seperately in Synapse?

too bad it doesn't do wireless charging as the same time. If this option is offered in the next iteration, that is worth considering.

love thismand cant wait for it to come in the mail

V1 Chroma looks better, a shame as it's now hard to find at a decent price :( I am not sure on this version, looks a bit boring compared.

Nice and design like looking product - better than other manufacturers. I use it with a pretty "fire"-profile.

I like the V2 better which I purchased today I purchased the quartz edition I do wish the v2 had the third usb a but I can absolutely deal with two and a 3.5 mm headphone jack!!!

does the built in DAC for 7.1 audio work on the 2 USB ports as well? Since I'm getting a Razer Kraken Ultimate and its connection is USB-A so I would have to plug in into one of those 2 ports, but from what I have read, it seems like the DAC is built in only onto the 3.5mm audio jack, any thoughts?
