Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 crackling sound

So I recently got this headset and I really like it, but it has a weird problem.

Some time after starting the game, the headset begins to make a crackling sound, which stops after closing the game. If I use the headset to play for example a YouTube video, they work just fine. Also, when the problem with the sound appears, the microphone does the same thing whenever I use it. I guess it's a problem with wireless connection but I'm not really sure.

I have the latest version of Synapse 3 installed, latest firmware installed on both headset and dongle. I also tried the razer troubleshooting guide and it didn't help. Just in case, I use a Viper V2 Pro mouse in wireless mode (I don't know if this can affect something but it works perfectly).

I hope there's a fix for this problem because I really like this headset

I’m experiencing exactly the same issue, The issue start around 10 minutes after starting iracing and the audio is almost complitely unlistenable after 20 minutes. Should I open a ticket to the support?

Same here start recently this Jan too. Dunno why

okay maybe found a fix, just delete all instances of synapse from your pc. log of out of synapse and delete it. even in the program x86 razer folder.

Okay, I think I’ve found a solution:
1. Delete Razer Synapse 3 and all of its traces (in programfiles, programdata, etc.). You can use RegOrganizer for this which automatically removes all of the traces
2. Delete Razer Blackshark V2 Pro devices in Device Manager
3. Get DriverStoreExplorer and delete all THX drivers
4. Reboot your PC

Hey man, I’ve been having the same problem as you. Did this solution you came up with really work on the long term?
