It’s not Synapse compatible (both the PS5 and XBOX version), so the firmware also won’t fit for this version.
They’re customizable via Razer Audio app (on iOS / Android): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.razer.audiocompanion&hl=en&gl=US

Thank you for your kind and prompt reply.
Are you saying that the PC synapse program is not available and needs to be set up on your smartphone?
How do I upgrade if I need a firmware update later?
The main issue is that I can't set up THX Battlegrounds.
Same question as OP. Bought the PS5 version. Was wondering how I setup THX on PC and how are firmware updates done? Does the Synapse Beta support BlackShark Pro V2 Console Edition?

3x No.
It’s not THX Spatial compatible, currently there’s no firmware for it (and you cannot use the firmware from regulark Blackshark V2 Pro 2023). It’s not Synapse compatible as mentioned above.
Download Razer Audio app from Google Play or Apple App Store to manage the headset.
I came here because of the same Issue.
Razer seriously needs to make this differences clear on their webpage for the respective products.
I mostly play on PC but spent more on the xbox version because I read it was compatible with PC, Xbox, PS5, Switch etc. I wanted all the compatibility just in case.
But if I had known Synapse didn't work with the xbox version on PC I would have gotten the normal version for less. Xbox compatibility was nice to have only if all other functions were present. Too late to return now.
I really do wonder how connecting the xbox version with usb c mode selected on the dongle, is different than plugging in the normal version.
You can use the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox App on Windows, but hilariously you must plug in a controller since some of the menus cannot be navigated without, and does not have as many features as synapse.
