Blackshark V2 Pro volume not turning off when dial is turned al the way down

When my Blackshark V2 Pro headset has the dial turned all the way down I can still hear sound coming from my computer. I went trhough troubleshooting with razer support and they ended up sending a replacement headset and I have the same issue on the new headset. I have tried updating firmware, restarting my computer, uninstalling drivers from the device manager, and restarting my computer. Anyone have any more ideas? I found another thread on this forum that had the same problem as me but it was locked without providing a solution: /blackshark-v2-pro-volume-knob-problem.66922/

same.. done everything you did except for getting a replacement. Still trying to find out if there's a fix before I try to have it replaced.

Update: got a replacement. Unfortunately, the same thing happens.

This happens with the razer blackshark v2 as well I got a replacement and the same issue.
