Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.



Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread



Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
  
  
• S/N
  
  
• P/N
  
  
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  
  
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
  
  
  
  
• Photo of the damaged Activation Code
  
  

Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio.

That's sad to hear. Please be aware that a damaged or lost activation card is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Have you contacted our Support Team via chat or email? Otherwise, send Razer.Speedcr0ss a PM so they can help they send a code generation request on your behalf which is subject for approval.
