I am planning on going wireless when I build my new PC, but until then I'll need to replace the cushions on my old Kraken 7.1 V2 headset that have now ripped apart. Can you guys recommend any cushions that could solve the problem? I have seen some for 20 bucks, but I wouldn't like to pay more than 5-10 with shipping to Europe--just something cheap that I could work with for a few months. Anyway, thanks to anyone who's willing to leave any suggestions.

The 7.1 software tells me to select the Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound) as system's default playback device. If I do it, the sound stops playing from the headset and starts playing from the laptop's built in speakers. What can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I recently purchased the Razer Nari Headset but her headset for work died and am trying to find an alternative that has great sound quality but can be used with other communications products as well.

Hi, I have had the headset for some time now and I am overall impressed with it. I have one annoying problem, the volume decreases whilst playing games and I am constantly having to turn the volume up when this happens. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, I just bought Razer Tiamat 2.2 V2. And I have some problems with it. When I'm using it with single jack on phone. It's mic and audio is very good and satisfying. But when I use it with seperator on PC it sucks. Speaker volume lowers, mic sounds like trash. My MB is Asrock B450 Pro4 can I use this headset with single jack input with any software or something like that? Without seperator. And here some my tests. 1. I've plugged single jack in blue jack on MB and mic worked very well (like phone) but speaker didn't worked. 2. I've Type-C input on my MB I've tried 3.5mm to Type-C converter and plugged in it. And nothing happened. How can I fix this problem. Summary: How can I use this headset without seperator on desktop PC?

I use my Razer goodies for work (not gaming, sadly) and we're all about using MS Teams for online meetings these days. My Kraken's mute switch doesn't seem to mute me anymore. It used to, but now it doesn't. I'm on Windows 10 and there is no Razer or Kraken option for the audio speakers/headset and/or microphone. Could this be the problem? Thanks, y'all!

I just recently got my Nari Ultimate in the mail yesterday. I picked it up for console gaming and wanted to work on the settings a bit in synapse 3. But it is not showing up as an audio tab on synapse 3. Is there any way to fix this?

This has been making me insane. My Razer Tiamat 7.1 V2 is listed in Devices and Printers as "Unspecified" its a big grey box. I've removed and re-added it from device manager and it still populates there as opposed to as a headset. The naga, and my chroma v2 etc all show up properly, but the headset is no bueno. Anyone seen this and have a fix?

Hey guys, I just got a Razer Kraken Kitty edition headset yesterday! It's amazing, but the cord is too short to reach my PS4/XB1 from where I sit, and I was wondering if there's either a USB to 3.5mm adapter or a USB extension cable anyone has used? I'd need another 5 feet if we go that route. There's nothing I can find on this website, and on Amazon a lot of the cords say they won't work on headsets. Thanks in advance! :)

Hey. I'm making this thread on behalf of my partner to whom I've got the headphones - they do work perfectly fine, so they're not broken or anything. The issue she's got with them is that she uses the headphones on her laptop and is a user of both the headphones and the laptops speakers and mic for when she'd want to use either or, but the issue comes when she's going between plugging and unplugging the headphones. See, when she plugs them in, she ( and myself as well ) thought that the laptops system would automatically switch both input and output sources to that of the headphones, but it only changed one of them: okay, we got it changed and everything was fine. She'd unplugged them later and the same kind of issue was at hand again, where the systems default sound sources weren't changed into the laptops own ones. We'd both figured that it would switch between the laptop speakers/mic and the headphones as the latter would be plugged and unplugged, but it seems that the switching n

So i bought Razer Kraken X a few months ago, a few days ago, the cord from the Kraken X got broke( something cut it ) i wonder if i can still save the headset with the warranty i have? Is the cord replaceable?

With all the best intensions I bought my girlfriend the Razor Kraken Kitty headset. She loves them, however she mainly plays on her Xbox. Is there a way for her to use them with her Xbox One X console? Your help would be much appreciated

I just recently got the Razer Kraken Kitty edition and i'm deeply in love with them. I bought an USB to USB-C dongle to use them on my android phone. It works. But is it possible to have the Chroma RGB glowing like while using on my computer? Like a mix between cosplay mode but also simultaniously listening to music? I got to use Cosplay Mode with my Powebank but would like to use it when i'm plugged the headset into my phone, but if i plug it in and listen to music they just glow in razer-green. It would be dope if they could glow in any colour (and changing) and strengthen the glow by the beats just like when i'm using them on my computer with the chroma visualizer app.

So I just purchased my first ever Razer device, the Kraken X headset. I have connected both split ends to the computer from every possible connection, and in Realtek I have tried Line In, Mic In, headphones things to connect. Nevertheless, my computer doesn't detect the device and it is impossible to set it as my output/input device. I've downloaded the Surround sound application but it still needs me to state the output device which isn't detected. Please help me. Thanks :)

I am still in process of dealing with "customer support" regarding this issue. It appears to be an issue related to static electricity. I put "customer support" in quotations because it took several weeks to start making progress on this issue. To make things so much more fun they are doing everything in their power to remove blame from themselves and their poorly designed and clearly not tested product. While I admit I got extremely agitated in some of my responses to the service representatives the complete lack of effort on their part and blatant script responses deserved such response. Enjoy!

Hi, I bought a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition recently and I plugged it in our laptop (which initially sound didn't come out of the headset, but now it does) but Razer Synapse 3 doesn't detect it. I've tried removing device then installing again, updated drivers, modifying Synapse, repairing Synapse, uninstalling Synapse and reinstalling, but nothing worked. I also tried clean reinstalling as to what Razer Support on messenger said to me. But nothing, and now they haven't replied to me there. And I have another question, should the THX Spatial Audio LED indicator light turn on even if Synapse 3 doesn't detect my headset? Because I've tried pressing the button behind the left ear cup and the light doesn't ever turn on. I'm not sure if it's because Synapse won't detect my headset. Please get back to me asap. Thanks.

Hi everyone, I know this isn't particularly a Kishi question, or even a Kishi related issue, but since the Kishi's USB-C port does not support audio passthrough, there is no way to use wired headphones with a Kishi attached. On my Pixel 2XL, I am noticing that I have pretty significant audio latency when using any Bluetooth headphones (Sony WH-1000XM3 and Jabra 65t so far). I notice it when using local games like emulation through RetroArch, or through cloud gaming like Shadow. Since the Kishi advertises itself as a low latency solution, adding what appear to be hundreds of ms audio delay seems to mar that experience a bit. I've found myself researching Audio codecs and the like, and have tried the native LDAC for the Sonys, AptX (set in Develop Options) as well as I think the normal SBA (Which is all the Jabras support) and there is always significant delay.
