I registered by Barracuda X with razer and just downloaded the &.1 surround sound app. I have scanned my email and have not found a code, however I can clearly see my product on my razer product page. How do i get my code?

HiI’m can’t record the audio, with my Blackshark v2 X USB. Nvidia Geforce experience records the mic but not the ingame sound. I tried everything possible. All to default, razer V2 X usb  output,  virtual 7.1. All main windows sound settings tested. The only way to have the sound recorded, is to unplug the headset and using the speakers connected on the motherboard.

the microphone is connected but it dosent work .

I've had a razer nari ultimate for a few years for my ps4. I'm upgrading to a ps5 very soon, is the nari ultimate compatible with the ps5 as well?

Am I reading that the kraken v3 and before get the 7.1 surround sound but the kraken v4 does not?

My Kraken V3 X backlight is stuck on the cycle option and i cannot change it to static or other option

My headphones provide no audio with my PC (wireless) nor with bluetooth, neither does it say “power on”, “bluetooth connected” etc. Microphone works, and it works by using the wire. Just recently I used my headphones, but later on I had trouble turning it on, when I finally could now it has no sound. What can I try to fix the issue when I know it’s not a problem with the headphones connecting but the headphones itself?

I bought the razer nari ultimate headset off of ebay a couple of years ago. When i tried using it, it would work for a couple of hours but it would suddenly disconnect and wouldnt work again. I tried everything to make it work again but with no success so i just let go of it and stored it somewhere. Now i wanted to try to use it again with the Pairing utility. The dongle gets recognized but the charging cable doesnt? Keep in mind i dont have  the original Razer charging cable that was included in the box since i got the Headset ONLY. Ive seen people say that i should switch to using it wired but i  bought the headset because it was wireless. I tried searching for the seller that sold me this headset but also no success. What should i do? 

I went from Razer Kraken V2 pro (Cushion gel started leaking) to Blackshark V2 pro (2020 version) and the microphone quality is soo trash that my friends from discord instantly noticed it.If it is suppose to be this garbage then it will most likely be my last Razer headphones. (mice are good tho)I uninstalled razer audio drivers from device manager. I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse. I installed the newest Blackshark V2 pro 2020 firmware. I played around with the mic EQ, i think i got it to be a bit better but its still garbage. Blackshark V2 pro is my default audio and microphone device. Tried to use the mic without having the synapse application active.

Just bought razer kraken and it has a 3.5mm plug and the microphone is not working and the computed doesnt recognize it on windows 11.I see more people are having this issue, how to fix it ?

So I have got the Black Shark V2 X today, and everything about it is perfect, but there's an issue with the mic. The microphone sound is very faint، I have seen multiple inboxing for the same product but all of them have their mic work properly, so I don't really know if it's factory problem or I did something that my make it unfunctional which I thought because I opened the package gently. please help

Hello, i just bought razer kraken v3x USB yesterday.  I found that there is no mic tab in the synapse 3 application. any sollution? 

Hello, surround sound 7.1 does not work for me. I activated it, but then I changed the system and the application was deleted. Now I can't connect surround, because "I activated the code earlier, it is no longer valid"

I connected with the cable my headset to my Xbox joypad, but the audio still coming out from the TV. Can anyone help me? 

I read that 7.1 sorround razer kraken x lite is compatible only on w10 64bit. That means i can  not get this on my xbox by dolby atmos?

All of a sudden, my Razer Kraken V3 Pro is constantly cutting out audio. I am unsure if its a new issue with my pc or an issue with my kraken. I have only had them for less than 6 months by this point so they’re pretty new. I’ve tried updating the firmware, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My Blackshark V2 Pro yesterday just suddenly having this issue of Microphone not working, After following the steps provided by youtube and razer customer support, none of them works.  If i’m using aux cable directly to the headset, headphone and microphone works just fine but thats is not the purpose of why i bought the device. The blackshark v2 pro should be used wirelessly but now i have to use my aux cable plugged in to the headset so i can use the microphone only.  Anyone have the solution for this issue? 

Do they really exist? Does Razer officially support these headphones? What software is available for them? And is it free?

Hello, I purchased a Razer Barracuda PRO wireless headset on August 26th, 2024. However, the activation code for the THX SPATIAL application was not included. I registered my product on the website, but I still haven't received the code via email.
