Hi there,In my search for a wireless headset with a good microphone I of course came across the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) and the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed. One of the features that I am looking for is simultaneous use of 2.4Ghz and Bluetooth, so that I can use it on my PC while being on a call via my phone.I understand that both headsets are not advertised to have this feature, rather they can switch between sources. However, I stumbled over this reddit thread on the Razer sub-reddit in which someone claims simultaneous 2.4Ghz+Bluetooth started working after installing the newest version of Synapse - albeit it’s a bit finicky they say.Can someone (maybe a Razer rep?) confirm that this is indeed the case? Is this intentional? Did a feature that is planned but not ready for release maybe slip into the new Synapse build? Are there any plans for this feature to be implemented officially?This would be a huge selling point for me, so if I can get any insight or experience from someone that’d

I have Razer BlackShark V2 (wired) headphones, on Windows 10 Pro.I’ve been using them for about a year now.I’ve been looking for headphones which would distinguish sounds which were on different levels than I (in buildings, dungeons, etc).  I was playing another game when I got them, and it *seemed* like they were distinguishing direction on sounds that were above or below me… sort of…Well, recently I’ve been playing Cyberpunk 2077, and I am often in buildings where it would *really* help if I could clearly determine if people that I’m hearing, are on the level where I am, or are above or below me… but if these headphones are doing that, it’s definitely subtle…[ Note: CP2077 has an audio setting for ‘3D Headphones’ for sound device, and I have that selected ]So this morning I upgraded the firmware on the headphones to V0011, via the Razer updater.  I then installed the current version of Razer Synapse.  It created a THX Spatial Audio device, which I have selected for the headphones… bu

Hello, after connecting to my computer, I try to activate the gaming mode by clicking three times and holding the last click for two seconds, but the AirPods keep saying gaming mode, normal mode! And the gaming mode does not turn on. For emphasis, the device says gaming mode once and quickly after that it says normal mode, does anyone have such an experience and can anyone easily control their AirPods with the touch control?

Hello! I purchases the Razer Nommo pro left and right speakers about a year ago (just the speakers not the subwoofer). I am now interested in adding the subwoofer to my collection but I have only seen the subwoofer sold with the speakers. I don’t need to buy the speakers again, I just want the subwoofer. Is there any way to just purchase the subwoofer alone? Thank you!

I downloaded it but it cannot find rzapengine.exe I looked everywhere but I can’t find rzapengine I don’t want to use just 2 channels while I have 7.1 headset. I am using windows 11 64 bit my headset is Razer Blackshark V2 X.It says windows 10 required but I saw people open the app in windows 11.

I have some problems with my Razer Kraken V3 Pro, and it seems I'm not the only one. The device keeps intermittently disconnecting from Synapse and reconnecting minutes later, sometimes stays connected to Synapse, sometimes stays disconnected from Synapse. There seems to be some interference problems with Synapse, the Device and THX Spatial Audio too. Sometimes I hear crackling/interference in the sound from the headset. I purchased THX Spatial Audio from Razer website thinking it may fix the issue, but hasn’t solved the issue, if anything it’s complicated things more as Razer’s own THX Spatial app tells me to use Razer’s THX Spatial default as sound output. Meanwhile, Synapse tells me to use THX Spatial Audio by THX as default sound output. So there is a clash with the different drivers or something. There also seems to be problems with charging the Razer Kraken V3 Pro, unless mine has a faulty battery or something. Sin embargo me aparece un error, ya investigue y busque información de como solucionarlo y nada de lo que hice me ha funcionado, intente : Eliminar mi antivirus, desactivar mi firewall, reiniciar mi pc, mi modem, desactivar IPV6 borrar las todo lo relacionado con razer para que no interfiera con la instalacion.Sin embargo se sigue presentando el mismo error: 

Hello.I'm on my third pair of headphones and all three times I've received them with at least one side not working.The first two times I thought it was just bad luck and returned them, and ordered new ones, but now I'm starting to think it might be something else.At the moment the only one that works is the right one. The left one doesn't even make a sound when I open the charging case. I've tapped it 3 times and held it down, I think that resets it, but there's no sound, as there is with the right one.Am I the unluckiest buyer of these headphones or is there something I'm missing?Thanks in advance to the community.

I am on windows 10 64. I downloaded the 7.1 sound intaller but when I run it I get an error ‘Server Access Unavailable, please check your network connection’I have followed the advice to allow exceprions through the firewall and even turned off the antivirus and firewall but I still get the same message.Is there anything else i can try, oh and this happens on both of my computers. My headset is a Kraken X.ThanksJim

Recently did some research to try and fix the Minecraft for Windows 10 sound issue. Apparently Minecraft doesn’t work with THX, but I still want to use THX Spatial. Is there any way of configuring Spatial to ignore a program and not affect it?

Have tried everything and the steps on the video no mic sound….

I was able to download the surround sound on my laptop but now I am unsure if or how I can get it onto my PS5. I have gone down Reddit and google rabbit holes and found nothing useful as of yet. Please let me know if you have any ideas!

A little backstory, a year ago, I bought those Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2nd Gens and paired it to my phone as an everyday earbud wherever I go and then 6 months since I purchased them, they start to slip off pretty fast for walking and I wasn’t sure what was happening and decided to purchase new earbuds of a different company. That was until this month I was suspecting that the ear tips has worn-off and I want to actually use this thing again for another purpose for my phone or laptop as secondary/backup earbuds. The earbuds are actually in good shape and I haven’t had any audio issues while pairing them to my phone or my laptop. So is there anyway where I can actually get new ear tips for the 2nd Gen Razer Hammerhead TW?
