As the subject stated, Barracuda X turns off randomly without an actually feedback (no warning), and i have to hold the power button and turn it back on from time to time (sometimes every minute). New item, battery charged, did connected to Razer app to turn off auto shut but still nothing solves the issue.

Saw few similar threads on the support forum and Razer team locks the thread for additional reply and resort to private messaging with thread owner, which does not help the rest who have this same issue; like myself.
