I used my Wolverine v2 pro yesterday for the first time, everything seemed to be working fine until my audio was playing on the wrong side. Left was right and right was left. Can someone tell me how to solve this ?

I’ve had the Barracuda Pro for a few days now and have been liking what I’ve been seeing. I hear that currently there are some issues with Synapse, but I hope that those will be resolved soon. Anyway, I was quite impressed with the ability to select the level of noise cancellation when the headphones are in the ON mode. However, I was sad to see that nothing had yet been implemented on the Ambient setting. I want to be able to use these headphones in many different situations, like tuning out background noise on planes and while commuting, listening to my favorite music, watching movies, playing games using the Spatial Audio features, and while working in the office. That last situation is why I am a little disappointed at the moment; each of the other settings have been holding up to standards, except for the Ambient ANC mode. I recently bought a BlackSark V2, and I constantly hear sound disruption. Tried changing places of connection, upgrading firmware, closing Synapse. Is there anything else I can do, or just return it? 

Are you experiencing an issue where you have no audio while using Outplayed and Razer apps? Are you wondering if you're the only one facing this problem?

I just got the razer barracuda pros and when trying to set it up to my pc the firmware updater doesn’t want to continue after the “plug in wireless dongle to your pc” the 2nd step “power on your headset” doesn’t work even tho the headset connected to the dongle so I was testing everything and found that when I disconnect the wireless dongle and then launch the firmware updater it thinks the dongle is still plugged in so step 1 is forever done whether I have it plugged in or not and I’ve updated my drivers and any possible windows update still nothing I’m stuck in step 2

Hi,I bought this headset last year but started using it only recently.When I connect it via jack to my PC, I can hear music but the mic doesn’t work. Depending on which port I use with the jack (whether I use the adapter or not too), the sound quality varies.The headset won’t connect via USB (through an adapter), type-C or bluetooth at all, tried on PC, laptop, android phone and android tablet. Tried various ports on the PC as well. When trying to connect via bluetooth, I hear a beep when I turn it on and off but the device remains undiscoverable no matter what I try. The LED light on the headset blinks green. Any ideas what I can do or what is wrong?

It’s makes the turn on sound but then shuts off 

Hiya!I just got gifted the brand new razer kraken X for console and am having a hard time setting it up. I was able to download and setup the 7.1 surround sound feature but cant find my headphones when clicking what I want to connect it to. When looking in the playback device section they aren’t showing up at all. I’m not sure if this is a problem with my computer or a step I’ve missed but any help/ideas would be nice!!Thankyou for reading this:)Geo

Hi! Today for the first time I have this issue, once I join a discord voice channel my headset start to disconnecting and reconnecting costantly, if I open my list where I can see all my output  audio device connected to me pc, on my screen I can see my headset  will disconnect and reconnect costantly, this issue stop once I leave the voice chat, I don’t have any other headset to test if it is an issue that only occurs with my Razer Headset, but this thing is driving me crazy xDI hope you guys can help me

Good day. Some time ago I wrote about my problems with the Razer Kraken V3 Pro headphones. It was about disconnecting the sound. I reported the matter to the seller (Media Ex) and after exactly 2 weeks (because that was the store to answer) I was informed about replacing the headphones with new ones. Unfortunately, the headphones returned to me with the same problem I sent them back with. When some material is being played (eg movie on yt) the headphones work normally. When the song / movie ends and the next one starts loading, or the page is simply closed and a new one opens - the headphones go silent, you cannot hear anything, you have to turn them on and off. The same problem is described here: When you listen to one song, podcast, or while playing - this problem does not occur. The second problem - when listening for a long time, the sound from time to time starts to interrupt for a few seconds (the sound fades, returns, fades away, comes back 3-4 times and then normalizes). hello everyone, I have a question, in short, somewhere 5 days ago I bought razer blackshark v2 headphones, the one with a USB cardfrom the first day after each connection to the computer, the right earpiece gradually becomes quieter after connection and then stops working altogether, but if you reinstall the usb card, everything repeats and after a while the right earpiece stops working and this is not a problem in the computer, because on another device, the same problem please advise me something

When adjusting my profiles in Synapse, I can’t select Surround Sound as my spatialization mode; when I leave the tab and come back, it resets itself to Stereo. I’m using a Razer Kraken Ultimate. I’m not sure if I’m not in the Surround Sound club, but surely it would tell me if that were the case rather than discreetly setting it back to what it was?

I have a question to ask. Can you guys tell me if it’s only in my head or something but I have my headset for 5day and I noticed that maybe you will see it too. The thing is that left or right(depends)speaker is little bit off and one is giving more pressure than the other. Tell me if you have it too. ThanksPs: left is giving more presure then right  

So i’ve had this headset for a good year now and they’ve been perfectly fine. But all of a sudden i turned my laptop on today and they just sound really ‘shallow’ and sort of ‘muffled’. I’ve never used them as a wireless headset, always wired, so i’ve checked the connection on the wire, i’ve updated my drivers, hell i’ve even gone and bought thx spatial audio just to see if that would make a difference, still the same however. I’ve also restarted my laptop like 4 times aswell. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

I have trouble setting the device up, should I pick the headset it self or synapse? synapse isn’t working but when I switch it to the headset model in control panel it works, help anyone?

I do not know how to set up the headset in my laptop. I have been trying to detect my headset but its not detecting. This is my first time buying a headset. Please help me.

So normally when i unplug or turn on and off a wireless headset, they change back to speakers, and if i turn them on they switch to the wireless headset, this is not happening with the Barracuda X, they wont switch and i have to do it manually. Is this normal? does anyone has the same issue? and if so please send help!

Hello, I have a Blackshark v2 and after some time playing games etc, the thx spatial audio gets distorted. The stereo  doesn’t have a problem. I can instantly fix this by restarting the computer or even restarting the Windows Sound on Services tab but it is so annoying and it has started to happen recently. Why does it happen?
