I have an hammerhead true wireless x and the volume randomly changed to really quiet in one day and i can't change it back(i have Xiaomi redmi 10

I just purchased my Baracuda X about a week ago. The sound is PAINFULLY low on PC games. Had no idea I had to register the product to be able to use the 7.1 Surround Sound software, so the box is gone and I don’t have the serial number. I would love some help with this. Attempting to contact support through the website has been basically impossible. It just keeps sending me back to the same pages, instead of letting me open a case.

I accidentally through my box away and it had the surround sound code inside can you please help me get a code because i need to activate surround sound to customize my headset so i can stop hearing myself on my headset

I just want to buy thx spatial and my country isnt listed. I cant buy bcs i must share my phone which for my country is +381. Is there a way to buy it?

I cant connect my razer hammerhead with razer audio. With my phone is connected, but no with app

i  bought this Hammerhead about a week ago and it is mostly working fiine, but its not connecting to my Razer Audio App, my earphones are CHS packaging version, which im assuming its chinese version, maybe i have to use the Razer Audio chinese version to be able to connect? Help me on this :D

Which razer hammerhead hyperspeed version should I buy to use with ps4, the xbox version says it's compatible with ps4. But I can't find if the ps version would work as well, would either of them actually work well? Are there any other options for ps4 earbuds?

I just got this headset after having the same problems with the Logitech Pro x. I have updated all drivers, I have changed what feels an infinate amount of settings, I simply want to be able to play valorant and it not sound like I am going through a tunnel with cotten balls stuffed in my ears.

My Opus x shuts down after few minutes of silence.  How do I prevent this happening on Windows 10.  All the help relates to phone connection.  Windows settings does not help. Thank you.

Unsure of where to go from here. Was playing a game, closed it, switched to another game and noticed my audio was.. off. It sounded like everything was being filtered through a tin can. I unplugged the headset and plugged it back in, sound was even worse. I reinstalled Synapse 3 and restarted my PC, audio got EVEN WORSE. Next step was to just uninstall synapse completely and see what happened. If I uninstall Synapse 3.0 completely, the headset works and sounds perfectly fine and crisp but truthfully, even if it worked 100% without Synapse, I’d really like to find a way to keep Synapse installed as I have a keyboard that I can’t control the lights on without it.  Am I possibly missing something? I am on Windows 10. Really disheartened as I truly, truly love my headset. It’s possible I’m missing something obvious. I did try with and without THX audio enabled before reinstalling anything and nothing made a difference..

I'm having trouble getting Synapse 3 to detect my Razer DeathAdder Elite mouse. Despite my efforts, such as uninstalling drivers and removing the Valorant game and its client, the issue persists. Is there any other potential solution to make Synapse recognize my mouse?

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Seiren Mini | RZ19-03450 microhpne. In the technical specification part, it is mentioned the sampling rate is  Min 44.1kHz/ max 48 k Hz. but when I connect it to Windows and see in device properties, it shows multiple sampling rates from 8k Hz to 48k Hz. I attached a snapshot of it.  In reality, I needed a 22.05k Hz sampling rate for my application, and by my chance, this microphone supports my desired sampling rate. Currently, I have to order another microphone with conference features, and it should work with 22.05k Hz. but I don't know how I can be sure about the supported sampling rate by it because for Razer Seiren Mini, the real specification was not matched with the technical specification mentioned in the manual file.Can you suggest a conference microphone that supports 22.05k Hz sampling rate? Thanks

So I tried to upgrade to THX Spatial Audio, the moment I buy it and get the order through, I get a confirmation email saying that my order was cancelled and my money gets refunded. Hello,I am having issues with my Razer Seiren X constantly cracking and popping as if I’m getting major feedback. My friends say they can’t hear it in discord and when I play back my VODs on twitch, I dont hear it but I can hear it while using the mic through voicemeeter. I tested to see if it was voicemeeter but it doesnt do it with the mic on my razer kraken or my blue snowball mic. It seems to be an issue with my Seiren. My router is on the complete opposite end of the house so I know its not that (like many other forums have suggested).  Any help is appreciated!

Hello, my razer kraken headset that I have had for about 3 years or so suddenly had its left earphone just completely cut out last night. Since then I have researched everything there is to look up on how to fix this and still only one side works. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

My dongle and pod is plugged into the back of PS5 .  The type c Bluetooth connector is plugged into the front of my PS5. Everything sounds great to me.  My PS5 friends say everything is great no echo...My friends that are on PC or Xbox hear an echo of my voice.    How do I eliminate this echo?
