When using my Seiren X microphone it frequently makes this robotic/glitching type noise. My friends mention it a lot when I am in discord calls and it has also been mentioned by strangers when I use in game communications. I’ve heard it myself when using recording software too. I have changed USB ports many times and searched around for solutions but find nothing. Is there a reason for this or any way I can fix it? The noise is becoming very annoying for myself and those listening to me. Thanks :)

Many people are experiencing problems with the Kaira Pro headset, including buzzing noises and random disconnects. These issues seem to occur when the headset is connected directly to the Xbox console. I'm wondering if plugging the USB dongle into the Xbox and then connecting the Kaira Pro headset to the dongle might solve these problems. Would this result in a more stable connection and eliminate the buzzing noise? I don't currently have the dongle with me, and I'm considering returning the Kaira Pro headset because of these frustrating disconnects.

Hi there,I bought 2 months ago one pair of Razer Barracuda. Everything worked well, untill today when i start the playstation and the headset not connecting. On bluetooth works fine, but when I switch to wireless, the headset is turning off. I restarted the PS, change the dongle port, but have the same problem.  Anyone with this problem? How can be fixed?

Hi, My friend has a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition BT headset and on the new PC they are unable to use stereo mode with microphone.   On the playback settings it shows 2 output devices: - Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands Free AG Audio - Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo On the recording settings it shows 1 device: - Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands Free AG Audio When selecting default communication device as  Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands Free AG Audio they get audio + sound but it is single channel with telephone quality - unable to game on. When selecting Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo as default output device, they get no sound. Is this issue with the BT dongle they are using or driver issue. Have tried everything but cannot figure out how to get this working. Any idea/help would be great Thanks 

I currently own a PS5 and am considering purchasing a Series S. I am unsure if I can connect my headphones to the Series S as the Razer website states that it is compatible with platforms that have USB-C ports. However, since there is a Kaira Pro Xbox, I am unsure about the compatibility.

Hey, after i reinstalled razer app engine, logged in, the  app wants me to activate the 7.1 surround sound. when i type the activation code it says  the license code has already been used  and now i cant use the 7.1 surround sound.

I have a Razer Kraken BT Kitty Headset.  And about 2 days ago I have been unable to hear others over the phone. I can hear audio just fine, it's only when it comes to calls that I cant hear the other persons voice when its connected to my phone. I can hear them when I connect to my other devices. But for some reason when its connected to my phone specifically i cannot hear them. The headset was working just fine 3 days ago. But then out of nowhere they stopped letting me hear others in call. I have no clue whats going on and I'm scared. I've tried everything I can think of can someone please help me? 😥

Dear Razer,My left earbud is turning on and has light and connecting and does jestures but it won't produce any sound, while the right earbud work just fine.I looked for warranty support too, but when I put the serial number it said it’s not under warranty anymore. I purchased these earbuds less than a year ago and I’m sure about it. Best regards

Despite watching many YouTube videos, my laptop cannot detect my headset at all. The 7.1 surround sound and audio output function properly, but the microphone that is always active is the laptop's built-in microphone, rather than the headset's. The headset does not appear in my laptop's image or Razer Synapse 3. Can anyone assist me?

I used my 7.1 surround sound activation code when I first bought my headset, literally 3 weeks ago. Today I had to reinstall windows and now I have to reactivate the software but it won’t let me use my activation code. Is there any way I can ask for a new code due to the circumstances or is my only option to pay for it?Edit: Turns out I’m an idiot and downloaded thx spatial audio instead of 7.1 surround sound, learn from my mistakes I guess.

I am so irritated at the barracuda x headset. The mic pics up the sound from the headset. No matter how much I move the mic or mess around with my audio settings (mic sensitivity, volume etc…) my friends say that the echo is terrible. I spent $100 on a product that I really wanted but in the end I was very disappointed and stuck with. I thought that a gaming products company would be the best for gaming equipment but it looks like I gotta buy something else. Anyone else have this problem? 

My audio went off ( I can’t hear the other side, but they can hear me ) when microphone is enabled during Discord call, however if I switch microphone to another device, Barracuda’s audio will be normal again. This only happened when Barracuda’s mic and audio are turned on at the same time.Anyone knows the solution? Thanks! 

By default, it is of course impossible, but if I were to use an usb converter, which converts "normal" usb to the one my phone can use (usb c), could I use this headset on my phone?

What is the nature of the update that has been recently applied to the mobile Razer Audio app, and more specifically, what new functionality has been incorporated to provide support for the Hammerhead Hyperspeed Xbox edition?

My headset is no longer being recognized in Synapse 3. I’ve tried updates/reinstallations to drivers, software, OS as well as closing all tasks and various other possible fixes. After directly downloading the latest firmware for the headset and installing it manually, Synapse still can’t recognize the headset which means my mic is stuck on default settings with no sidetone (very annoying). I’ve seen other posts on here saying that there’s been issues with Synapse since the latest update, but I didn’t see any that listed this specific issue. It’s possible this started with the recent update as I just installed it today, but I hadn’t tried to access the headset in Synapse for quite some time before that, so I cannot confirm the change is recent.

How can i activate my surround 7.1 ?

So I have the Govee rbgic gaming lights and can’t get them to sync through synapse so wanted to see if anyone had insight.  Setup is Xbox x with steelseries wireless gac headset running synapse off windows ten laptop.  I can get the lights to pair with the synapse app so it’s not a connectivity issue.  I have the govee controller plugged in to the gac by 3.5mm in the line out.  Line out on gac is set to speakers although doesn’t make a difference if I switch it to streaming sound.  I’ve even tried the line in.  Only other thing I can think of trying is optical sound off tv but I don’t even know if they make an adapter to convert that to 3.5mm.  Pretty much have wasted a bunch of time trying to get it to work and sound is not my forte at all
