Hello, I bought my Razer Kraken quartz edition headset on the 2nd of January, received it today. Set everything up and all is well except for the headband - when I put it on it feels way too loose on my head and if I shake my head even a little bit or look down at my table it slides off my head and moves and feels really weird. Is there a way to tighten it so it's tighter around my head? Because this doesn't feel comfortable at all. Thanks in advance!

I have bought RAZER KRAKEN ESSENTIAL headphones a long time ago. After purchasing them, I installed free virtual sound software 7.1 "RazerSurrond v2..0.29.2", which served me very well until the last system update. After updating the system, the application does not work properly, the sound is distorted. Is there a newer version of this software somewhere? Has it been abandoned? Is the only 7.1 virtual sound software now only added to new headphones?

I bought kraken TE headphones and I have been having problems with the applications part, I have games that are compatible with THX audio, for example Destiny 2, Warzone, Apex, Metro exodus and only Destiny 2 and Apex appear in the applications part of the THX sound, but only Destiny 2 can I configure it with THX game modes. Does anyone know how they can be configured?

I'm thinking about buying a new headset since the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition has somewhat of a short in it that connects to the dongle that makes me sound like a robot most of the time. I would use the warranty, but I didn't know about the ridiculous requirement that I needed to keep the receipt from the transaction. The audio is really good on the ones I have, but I'm looking to maybe upgrade. What do you guys recommend?

How to prevent Razer Opus from shutting down while it is connected. I am using it while working and between calls when it is quiet it shuts down and i have to turn it on every time. Cannit stay on while bluetooth connected.

Hi there, I recently bought a Seiren X because i have a ton of calls (skypes, zoom, teams) for work and was tired of wearing a headset... Anyway, it's great except that people keep telling me there is a "helicopter noise" or a "tut tut tut" in the background coming from me. If i turn the mic away from me (mute button facing away) and it's suspended on an arm, it's a bit better, but still is there, although at least it's manageable now. I also moved my router to another spot, which helped a bit also... I'm not sure what to do at this point. I opened a support case with Razer as well, but figured I'd through this on the forums too.

Hi I’m completely new to the profile customisation parts of the razer hardware. I was wondering if the profiles could be saved on the headset as I play on PlayStation 4. I find the bass to be a bit to pronounced when I play my games and would like to tone it down, however when I do I find that my custom settings weren’t saved. Does it not work on console or is it user error?

Hey there, so I got my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition with the USB Soundcard, I like it but... how do I control the bass amount or the sound level, the control on my BlackWidows V3 works like a charm I get visual indication on screen , but with the USB soundcard there is nothing when I use the bass or volume up and down, or the chat volume, is there no integration ?

Hi there I've been trying to search but I didn't find any similar. Sorry in advance if it's already here. My sound card has the capability of connecting with optical cable which i have connected to my hub from my ultimate headset. I cannot really see, that it should have the sound through that and not USB cable though. Is there any way to actually know if it works on my PC?

Hey, I really cannot decide between those headsets. I'll probably go with the Overwatch headset, because I really love Overwatch, and the reviews also said that it's good, even tho it & the reviews are a little old and could of course be outdated, that's why I'm here (it came out 2016). The worst thing that I heard is that it breaks easily/is very plasticy. I don't know it, but I think they don't have a "normal" edition where they're based of, and the most normal headset to compare it with is the ManO'War 7.1, but teach me otherwise, when you know it better. The other headsets in my price range that I would buy are the newer Krakens in White (the color doesn't change anything technically I think, but whatever) and maybe the new wireless Krakwn BT Kitty Edition but I heard some bad things about it, and probably won't buy them. So what are you thoughts, and why would you buy what? (If you want to recommend me other headsets, I really want a Razer headset to match my other Razer periphera

Hello I just bought nari essential headphones. Is spatial audio enabled automatically?. Also what in game settings do I need to pick in resident evil 2 do I pick 7.1 surround sound and headphones?. Another problem is that resident evil 2 isn't showing up on game modes on the app even though I seen it is supported. Sorry I don't know what I'm meant to do the instructions didn't explain much. i bought hammerhead tws today i plugged to my pc win10/64bit and sound is cutting off constantly, always sizzled. sometimes its good for 5-10 secs. anybody see this issue? how can i solve this? i tried android and ios no problem with them. i wanna use for gaming.

Hi, i have a question and razer support tries to answer me in german but this makes things even worse. My problem: i want to understand how sound normalisation works. if i want the quiet sounds in the game like they are and reduce the volume of the loud sounds like explosions, etc. Do i have to select 100% or 0% (A) Means 100% that all Sounds are 100% volume. Means as they are = no sound normalization. Loud sounds are loud. (B) Or does 100% mean that it's the max sound normalization and loud sounds are reduced? For me it feels that with 0% all sounds are quieter. And with 100% all sound are louder. Can someone please explain it to me.

Buenas tardes, vereis tengo estos auriculares y tengo un problema. los tengo conectados mediante la "base thx" pero sin tener la app comprada, y mi problema es que me dice cuando entro en Razer Synapse que el Call of duty modern warfare tiene el modo THX Competitivo, pero cuando en la salida de audio del ordenador pongo Altavoces (THX Spatial - Synapse) el juego no se me oye, tengo que ponerlo en Altavoces (Razer Controller - Game) para que se me escuche el juego, pero si pongo esto no esta utilizando la mejora que te da la base verdad?

Does anyone who owns the Razer Opus find that the ANC feature creates an abnormally loud white noise effect, with a sort of faint squeaking noise, almost like light water flowing around a small fountain? I am experiencing this, and am trying to figure out if my unit is defective or this is the correct functionality. Customer Support has not been helpful, and if it is in fact functioning correctly, then this is quite a poor product. Anyone have thoughts? Thanks!

Hello, I got my headphones from a store in my region(portugal), but I was wondering if I can send directly to razer so they fix my wires? Anyone know? They told me it would cost me 20eur just to send the headphones, and more for the repair, if they are gonna send the headphones to razer I rather send them my self The wires got cut, cuz cats... wonderfull right, I had my headphones for like 3 months

Is the razer nari usb dongle compatible with razer nari essential headset?

So I have 2 Headsets now (Razer Nari Ultimate and BlackShark V2 Pro) and I have them both plugged in with the wireless dongle but having them both plugged in at the same time will cause them to not getting recognized by Synapse anymore. I have already tried reinstalling Synapse and that didn't work.

Is it possible to replace the outer headband on the razer kaira? Mine has broken at the spot near the edge of the inner headband pad.
