Hi, Ive had these Krakens for 2 months now and randomly they stopped working during a game. No it isnt the mute button, however when i plug them in that red ring shows up very lightly but will not go away. I cant hear and noone can hear me. My PC says not recognized and ive tried 3 other PCs. Ive upodated drivers and everything. Has anyone had this issue? Are they just dead?

So the problem is that my blackwidow has the problem not assgining macros to a key only two keys work f9 and f10 and when I assign it to T it wont register that I assigned it to T please help

I'm using the nari ultimate wired because the dongle breaks every two months and today i started to hear feedback from my mic with no way to turn it off. any help for turning it off?

so, first off everything is functioning correctly EXCEPT the actual button on the USB controller doesn't turn THX on/off after rebooting. worked fine on install, first reboot next day and i can only turn THX on/off in the synapse program. i reinstalled synapse and the button worked again until rebooting the next day, then i had the same problem. Not product breaking but i'd like to use the controller...any ideas?

So I just got a Razer BlackShark v2 X. I scratched off the activation code to get the item registered on my account and downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound program. It prompted me to log in and I did, but than nothing pops up. I go to the bottom right of the task bar to check the program, it says it is on, but when I click on it nothing happens but a small window above it to directs to me a website that is my account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times now with nothing changing. I ended up registering the product to my account manually... but the program still does not work. I am rather at a lost. I have ran it in admin mode and it still wont let me use it, I tried to run it in compatibility mode and it still wont work. My pc is a 64-bit system, so that shouldn't be an issue. In the debug I get this error over and over again. Hello, i own a razer nari essential headset and i lost the wireless dongle. I couldn't find a replacement but found someone from my town that had a broken nari ultimate and was willing to give it to me, but I was wondering if anyone managed to pair a nari ultimate dongle with nari essential headset.

I bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition a while back and have been using it with Synapse 3.0. I recently found my booklet that came with it and registered the headset and downloaded 7.1. I tried to have it play through my headset, but it tells me to use Synapse to configure it. Is there any point in having 7.1 Surround downloaded if I already have Synapse?

Hello, I just brought my new headsets, and since the beggining i could be able to put my headsets on surround sound 7.1, but now in the 3,5 audio jack i can ear everything (but on stereo) and when I turn on the USB with the THX spatial audio, i cant ear anything, im asking for help, cause i already reinstall everything, since the Synapse 3, to the audio drivers, and tried evertything! Please help me to normalize this situation

Hello everyone, Please suggest the optimal settings for these headphones. I instal synapse 3, make preset game mode, stereo mode. Thx off because it has effect like I am in a small room with echo It has awful sound, like a cheapest headset from China shop. maybe someone has an optimal settings for the FPS games, where I can clearly hear footsteps and shootings. I use Pc, windows 10, maybe I need to change some settings in the system?

I have tried to find this question or it being answered anywhere I have seen some people ask if it will fit their Razer Kraken headset w/kitty ears but, I'm genuinely curious to know if the Razer Kraken Kitty Ear USB headset w/Chroma will fit into the Razer headset case? and if not will there be one that does in the future? This would solve both problems. also help for people wanting to know if there's a case for the Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition too the BT version looks like it's built differently then the Kraken headsets w/usb Any suggestions/alternatives that you have for a case that would fit this headset would be helpful. -Thank you

I installed my Nari and it was all good, it showed up in Synapse 3 and I could configure it. But after a few days I opened Synapse to change the equalizer and the Nari is gone - how do I get it back? The Nari works great but it would be nice to be able to change a few settings too.

Just a suggestion, in order to see how much battery life i have left, I have to go all the way into Synapse; however, there are 2 places it would be more helpful or faster to see battery life. When I hover over Razer Central it just says "Razer Central". I wish it could say my connected devices and battery levels, assuming i have more than 1 razer wireless product. If the above is not possible, clicking once on the Razer Central icon brings up a quick menu. There is literally no useful information here. This would be another place to put battery level for all razer devices.

Hello , I have a question . I’m about to get razer blackshark v2 for Xbox series x . My concern is it would be any issue about in party chat ? Like echo sound or something . I heard some people said echo problem in part chat . Anyone tried yet or encounter any problem ? And also would audio dongle work on xsx?

I recently purchased a Blackshark v2 headset, with the USB sound card, and the first day I plugged it in it worked fine. The next day, I plug the headset in and the USB sound card will not even come on, no green light or anything. I have not changed anything on my sound settings. The headset will work if I use the audio jack by removing the headphones from the soundcard, but the sound quality is not as good. Has anyone else had this problem, or did I get sent a USB sound card that was soon to die?

I had gotten a Razer Nari Ultimate the other day and I have found it has an issue where if my mic gets activated via me talking or Push to Talk it'll send my audio itself through the mic as well. I went through many settings in Windows 10 itself, the Synapse program, and even Discord. Whether it'd be lowering sensitivity, ticking and unticking the echo cancelation, static, etc. I've run out of ideas to try and my only fix right now is using an actual microphone itself. I had a wired headset prior to this one, 7.1 surround sound, and was only about 50 bucks and it never had this issue. It would only do it if I maxed out the volume to the point that even I heard it if I took it off and was across the room. But somehow very low volume on the Nari is still loud enough to go through mic. Does anybody have a solution I could try before I contact razer in a few days?

Hey all, I love my Kraken Pro V2 headset and use them pretty much with everything but it seems the extension cable just died and now the cable for the headphones is too short for my new desktop. Does anyone know of a good replacement? I was hoping Razer had one but sadly they don't. Any thoughts? Or something to look into would be awesome. I'm not worried about the mic since I use a Blue Snowball as a mic. I just love the headset so much I want to keep using it. Thanks!

Hi, I recently bought a new headset- Blackshark V2 Pro and since i plugged it in the mixer tab in Synapse 3 was not working. I tried everything- reinstalled the app, uninstalled other apps that could collide with Synapse, browsed in the Windows sound settings, searched on the internet for a solution and even contacted support (6 days ago, still no answer). If you had this problem or know how to fix it please help me, because I cant do anything without the THX
