Ok, so sounds like it may be a windows thing. Depending on your setup you may have two audio settings in Windows 10 for the Nari. For example, mine says:
Headset Earphone (2 - Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat)
Headphone (2 - Razer Nari Ultimate - Game)
The first setting: Headset Earphone (2 - Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat) will treat your headset like a phone. It sounds like a low latency conference call.
The second setting: Headphone (2 - Razer Nari Ultimate - Game) is the one you want to use. This one will have full on stereo sound and you shouldn't sound like a robot.
If you are on the "game" setting, it may be you have interference or you have a bad connection.

I am a little confused here with my Nari Ultimate and what sound device I should set in Windows 10 to use THX for gaming or even to listen to music.
Do I set the output device to Headphones (Razer Nari Ultimate - Game) or do i set it to Speakers (THX Spatial -Synapse)?

Im having the same problem. Seriously i am very very dissapointed.
get an audio interface to run your mic seperately from your headset if you want true 7.1 im assuming your using your internal soundcards and im gonna guess the main problem is that it cant handle the load your throwing at it
Hi! i have a kraken TE and disabling function of noise supression in synapse helped me to get rid of robotic voice, this function caused it for me.
I might be late in offering a solution here, but what worked for me was turning off all enhancements for the mic in synapse and setting mic sensitivity to low. For discord settings, I had H.264 on and also all the options under voice processing on. This fixed it for me, let me know if this helped!
