Hello guys, I just registered both my deathadder elite and kraken but when I try to upgrade my surround to pro they have green* saying proof of purchase still required for warranty claims. Do you know where or how I can proof the purchase of these two products. I bought them from an authorized Razer resellers in Bulgaria.

A receipt from those resellers is enough usually. Amazon or any other reputable seller will give you an invoice where they state the date/ time of purchase and what you purchased, whether it was new, used or refurb. Razer usually accepts Amazon, BestBuy, Target receipts easily, not sure about Ebay receipts though.
A valid Proof of Purchase is defined as one of the following:

  • A dated sales receipt from an authorized Razer Dealer or Reseller. The receipt must show the Product description and price.

  • A dated official e-mail from an authorized on line Razer Dealer or Reseller confirming purchase and shipment of Product. The confirmation e-mail must show the Product description and price.

  • An order number from the Razer.com web site

For more information, please refer to Razer Warranty Policy.
Okay, So I have both the receipt+invoice and an e-mail from an authorized on line Razer Dealer. Should I send them via e-mail and on which one or what should I do now to proof my purchase?

Contact support using the link on the Razer website, then when the support rep asks for your the receipt then you will need to send a scan of it to the rep. First you need to initiate a case by going on this link: https://support.razer.com/contact-support

Select the option best suited for you, I usually use email, its take a day or 2 to get a reply but the email chain is easier to manage than text chat. They will help you troubleshoot the item and if the issue isnt fixed they will ask you for the invoice/ receipt so they can work on getting you a replacement.
