Razer Hammerhead True Wireless problem

hi there,

so I bought a pair of Razer Hammerhead True Wireless online.

at first , They were working for a brief period when I first got them, so I put them aside as I had other things to do.

Later that after finish my work , I pulled them out of the case and began using them. They worked for about 20 minutes at which point they cut out for about 4 seconds, and then the right earbud went off , leaving only right side on.

so i thought no battery left so i try to recharge them.

now , after recharge finish , i try to turn on again my earbuds , but they keep randomly shut off after a period of time. Is there anything i can do to fix this ?
