Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 on Synapse 3!
As in the title, I have recently purchased this cool headset but I cannot modify it from the chroma option of synapse 3 cause kraken 7.1 v2 is not supported. Is there any chance to be implemented in?

Lol, they added support for Razer Kraken Tournament Edition but not for the v2... are they so different?

Herr_WamKraken TE is the "revamped" version of the Kraken 7.1 V2. It was first released on Synapse 3, pretty sure it doesn't have Synapse 2 support.

.Surf.I'm still with "old" peripherials because if I buy something I need buy all to can configure my peripherials on that thing of Synapse 3.0 (eternal beta) So... I can't buy nothing new or I Will need two software with conflicts and many problems at Synapse 3. I can't understand why not support Synapse 2 the new peripherials. If the Synapse 3 is beta, do Synapse 2 compatible!!!
Razer doens't have any headphones supported on Synapse 3.0. You need to download the old Synapse 2.0 and there you will see your Krakens settings.
I have a razer kraken pro v2 and I have a question for razer. Since you have introduced chroma connect, can't you use that for adding all the devices from synapse 2? That way you could have rs2 doing the audio work and rs3 RGBing it up.

Just bought Kraken 7.1 v2s thinking they would have chroma support in synapse. They do in Synapse 2, but that started freezing and crashing so I upgraded to Synapse 3, only to find out the damn headset isn't supported. For 250$, I was expecting better service and am strongly considering returning the product.

got myself a brand-new pc and now my kraken 7.1 v2 is completely denied by synapse 2 and they sound like utter shit

Dr_AxtonSame issue with resetting default device after system restart. Does reinstalling fix it for you?
I have a familiar issue, though my problem is that the headset settings is reset every time. Synapse 3 won't help for sure cuz kraken is not supported there. The only thing that comes in my mind right now is trying to reinstall synapse 2 and try again
Bitauren007Correction: Not all the headsets, as i have the Kraken TE and it works fine on the Synapse 3.0.

It's so long to wait, and no sign of the life of the addition of Kraken 7.1 v2 in Synapse 3, as the year is coming to an end.
Well, according to https://www.razer.com/synapse-3#synapse3-enabled there are 4 headsets that are supported by Synapse 3:
- Razer Nari Ultimate
- Razer Nari
- Razer Nari Essential
- Razer Kraken Tournament Edition
Have the 7.1 V2. Was about to upgrade to the kitty edition... I see it's not on the supported list for Synapse 3. Why have all those lights if I can't sync them up? :frown_:

Jeeze, how can they be this slow? I swear, if my Kraken 7.1 v2 still doesn't have Synapse 3 support by the time it breaks, I'm not even going to consider Razer for the replacement. I bet there's other options with similar sound quality and comfort, plus maybe some semblance of product support after release. And, by the way, I wouldn't mind so much if Synapse 2 was a bit better and didn't hang every time I tried to switch menu tabs.

Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 (Synapse 3)
I've been waiting for over a year for Razer Synapse 3 to support my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2. Even though I got Synapse 2 crashes every once in a while and it seems to drain my CPU and RAM a lot, I hoped that when all my Razer devices will finally be supported by Synapse 3 it would be resolved.
Now I'm deciding on my next gaming monitor and if it wasn't for all these Synapse 2 legacy problems, I'd seriously considered Razer Raptor 27 gaming monitor (found a review here: https://www.pcmag.com/roundup/295881/the-best-gaming-monitors). But I will not get a Razer device anymore, good job Razer! Put a team on it and update your software finally!!!
uppakkI downloaded Synpase 2 but when I tried to match it with an older version of Cortex nothing worked. So I went back, alas, to Synapse 3 but still can't change my chroma settings on my headset. Did you hear any news from Razer since then^

uppakkHey man, I had the same issue back when razer released this amazing headset and bought it the day that released in my country too. So the only thing you can do is to simply go here: https://www.razer.com/synapse-2 and all will suit up for your headset including chroma lighting of course! You can also find specific instructions on your headset's manual on how to install it properly (easy & quick installation). And dont worry about implementation, because thats the reason of this app! Trust me I'm good with it since day one because it has updates normally just like Synapse 3 and it's fully functional and customizable!

KRAKEN 7.1 V2 dont work on synapse 3.0 and razer base station chroma dont work on synapse 2.0, what do? :(
uppakktell me about it , utter shit ive got black widow v2 mamba tournament mouse and firefly mat and krakens 2 im using synapse 3 and having to have 2 as well means triple processors running all the time
