model C1 NT left side lower USB - power supply continuously , is it physical issue or what ?

anyone else unable to use this headset USB since the latest update of razer synapse windows 10 with Synapse 3.3.1012.101219?

Terrible static/crackling instead of sound. If i use the headset with a standard output plugs the headset works fine. So there is something wrong with compatibility between synapse and the THX usb dongle. I have to say, the sound on that box is terrible even when it worked. Very distant and vague sounds. compared to plugging the headphones directly into another soundcard.

So I just got my pair today and was having the same issues, reinstalled synapse about 3 times and figured out it was the update. I was playing around in the settings when I switched the default device from the razer kraken - game to the chat one and everything is working good now.

I cant seem to download razer synapse 3. I get stuck on razer kraken te firmware update. It tells me to unplug and plug in the THX remote and when its done it just repeats, im stuck on 32%.

mine worked on the game thing but my mic doesnt work they hear my chat volume not my voice
so they hear themselves basically

Latest software update killed the THX channel, have restarted the USB module and various other things but the channel doesn't work.

My question is why is it called Razer USB Audio Controller on my Synapse 3? Is it because of an update? Other than that it works perfectly fine. Like the one posted by SrMurky on 3rd page. Why is mine listed as Razer USB Audio Controller?

On the synapse 3, it detects the rectangle usb audio controller. So technically synapse 3 is not detecting the headset. Try plugging the headset audio jack to the pc audio output.

I'm not sure whether you have the usb audio controller, if you do, there is a throttle switch which allows Bass adjustment. On the Synapse 3 go to Audio - Equalizer and adjust the bass settings. Otherwise it might require some technical support.

Synapse ist mittlerweile genau so überfüllt wie iTunes. Sehr träge und einfach komplett zu viel. Könnte man nicht eine abgespeckte Version machen? Z.B. eine nur für Peripherie Geräte von Razer. Diese hätte sicher nur die hälfte an Volumen, wäre deutlich schneller, besser auf die Hardware ausgelegt und bei Update könnte man schneller Nachbessern als wie das komplette Synapse Tool. In den letzten 3 Wochen kammen wie viele Update? 3-4? Entweder wurde meinen Kraken Tournament nicht mehr über USB erkannt, Chroma am Blade ändert selbst die Einstellungen und wechselte Farben, die ich gar nicht aktiviert hatte. Meine Deathadder zog immer ein wenig nach links oder kurze Unterbrechungen beim Micro vom Kraken Headset. Das sind nur einige Fehler gewesen. Im Moment geht es aber bestimmt nur bis zum nächsten Update.
Daher wäre ich für eine "Auskopplung".

Synapse is now just as crowded as iTunes. Very sluggish and just completely too much. Couldn't you make a slimmed-down version? For example, one for peripheral devices only from Razer. This would certainly only have half the volume, would be much faster, better designed for the hardware and with update you could improve faster than the complete synapse tool. How many updates came in the last 3 weeks? 3-4? Either my Kraken Tournament was no longer recognized via USB, Chroma on the blade itself changed the settings and changed colors that I hadn't activated at all. My Deathadder always pulled a little to the left or short interruptions at the micro from the kraken headset. These have been just a few mistakes. At the moment, however, it will certainly only go until the next update.
Therefore, I would be in favour of a "decoupling".

Well mine says "THX Spatial - Synapse" lol.

And yeah, I'm having this infamous problem of everything sounding way too quiet. Youtube, videoclips from .avi etc, games - all. Even while everything maxed out from Windows 10 settings, even the little mic vs ingame audio slider.

Not fun.
