Razer Mano'War keeps disconnecting?

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot and look at my post; Everytime I plug in my Mano'Wars to the charging port I hear some static like sound in the headset then it turns off? this only happens when I plug it in, if I turn my computer on when the headset is connected via a wire it's fine.. anyone know of this issue happening before and also a troubleshoot it's driving me crazy!!! - I've tried the usual of re-installing the drivers, software blah blah Thanks, Shaun
