got nari yesterday worked fine now i have no mic and as far as i can find there is no fix apart from returning it

Most of the time this issue is synapse bug so cheack the mic first on other pc or look few topics where i give info how to force nari mic to work.
Ordered the Nari Ultimate. Hope this will have good QC. To anyone who has dealt with support, after your product warranty is up, what is the cost to replace the same unit? Have they ever given a small discount if you want to buy the same product and send the defective unit to them? Wonder if this $200 is too much of a gamble despite a 2 year warranty. I've seen how other headsets look like they will shatter during less than a year of usage through the forum feedback. A bit nervous about this buy.

From i know on my country support just replace device for new one becose razer dont repair them just replace if the issue is a hardwere and you dont make a mechanical demage. Like i i dont know how it looks from razer website warranty send but when i ask in local shop with razer partnership they can send to warranty if i need to.

After the warranty expiration
Almost had me. Definitely would've pulled the trigger if they also had a stand with wireless charging of the headphones themselves. Looks like it's micro usb cable for recharging. If I'm going to buy wireless headphones to not have to deal with cables, and compromise audio quality a little bit, I don't want to have to fiddle with a cord every time I put them on or take them off to charge it.
So has the fact that the Nari ultimate does not work with the Xbox one elite controller been brought up or fixed cause I've have found one thread on reddit that mentions it, but haven't seen a possibility for a solution.
Well, got my new Nari Ultimate today, and at this time, this second unit works as advertised. Now with the clear audio and haptics, it really does make a nice difference. Good job, Razer.

Nari headset works on xbox but only via 3,5mm jack.
I get it works on xbox. My question is why doesnt it work right on an elite controller, but works perfect on the standard controller
Market it in the name of high end and futuristic but comes with micro usb port for charging? Not everybody likes wireless, hopefully Razer will introduce a usb wired version.

I'm still undecided if I want to pick up the Nari Ultimate or not. I want a wireless headset, and I like the overall idea of the haptics, especially if it is added to more devices down the road.

Curious, having a correct working unit over two weeks now, how is it holding up? Was it worth the purchase?
So far, so good. The haptics cause a headache at 100%, but at 80%, no problems.
For information, the 'plugging in the micro usb' is a nightmare to recharge (same as the mamba wireless mouse!) I end up having to turn the headset upside down to plugin the cable which send the earcups rotating out of control and get into a mess struggling with it.

More thought should of gone into charging instead of the cheap cable method by QC testing from Razer and the top end ultimate should of come with wireless charging :slightly_sad:
I've had this headset for less than a week and the software continues to make the microphone continue to not work. If you are reading this, it's a common issue. I would spend your money on a different headset.
I would recommend not buying these, atleast not until they solve the microphone issues. Also this headset not having a method to reset it back to factory defaults is a huge blunder.
