Razer THX Audio Missing After Update Audio is trash

Same with me, I also have Blackshark V2.  Audio sounds terrible now and I can’t select THX Spatial in the playback menu as it had disappeared.

Yep. Same here. First world problems but man, who hires these developers? It’s like playing underwater.

Same here Well pissed, this is also a Violation of UK Consumer LAW, and that of your home country Singapore it falls under the Greenwashing Regulation since your still advertising these headset as THX Audio.

Same, my sound is like 1000x louder and the quality is horrible, i think it is a synapse problem bcs i tried in my father’s computer and the sound is great (it doesnt have synapse installed) .

we should all complain or have a petition to bring back thx spatial audio as a system playback device option because i really heard the difference when i still had it in the playback option and now stereo and thx sound the same WITHOUT the actual thx quality

Can I just have my stereo profile back. Unusable after last update. Full garb sound. Worst I ever hear in my entire life.

Ive got the Razer BlackShark V2, do I have to buy the THX Spacial separately?….I see the purchase option in USA store but not the UK one?

Were they not supposed to come with a ‘code’ in the box?...I don’t see one if they do in my box?

They say they are fixing it….since Nov. 6, the only thing they did until now, is add notifications in synapse which explains the same thing the support tells you. That everything is working fine, just a bit different….which is completely false. In the end the only fix to that issue is to buy the thx spatial standalone app for 20$ or switch to Steelseries GG(free app).

Hi all. I have exactly the same problem, I tried to reinstall the program 3 times, cleaned folders and files manually and with special programs, but nothing helped. I had to resort to reinstalling windows and that didn't help either. The fact is that at first the sound worked fine, in the synapse program everything was switched between STEREO and THX sound, but (the update) may have ruined everything. I tried to flash the headphones with FIrmwareUpdater 1040, but it asks to connect the headset to the computer, but with FirmwareUpdater 0011 everything is fine. Attached screenshots.
