Reinstall Driver Razer Nari

Hi,i have a problem with the Nari,how can i reinstall the drivers? My pc says that there's a problem with the drivers and i just wondering how can i reinstall them.I'm asking this because i have a problem with the Nari:when i'm using Discord the Game/Chat balance doesn't work,it turns up both the game and discord up and down at the same moment.

    Go to windiows device menager when you have connected headset will have the Nari device click right mouse buton and remove then unplug dongle reboot pc and connect when windows start from there windows will install new driver.
