I've bought numerous items from Razer and for the most I've been happy. However 2 days ago my Nari Wireless head just breaks at the head band and the speaker.
I've opened a ticket and I'm being told that it's not covered for replacement. I've had it less than 6 months with an extended warranty and they aren't going to cover the item, or refund the cost of the warranty. This such a load crap.

do you have razer protection for your Nari ?
Yes actually. I almost never buy those extra warranties.. For some reason I did on this one. Still being told so far it's not covered.

If you have it covered they are legally obliged to fix/replace it, maybe check your cover as it might not be covering that type of problem.

I've been told it's excluded from the warranty. Which is a major issue. How do yo not cover you physical casing of a product for at least a year.
They were never dropped or thrown or stepped on. Simply taken on and off my head and after about 8 months just cracked into 2 pieces. I can't think of another company I've ever dealt with that is that cheap on their warranty. Bascially any other hardware company I've dealt with the second I show them a broken piece like that in less than a year I'd have a replacement in the mail.
@DMuehlhausen Physical issues to this extent are typically denied and tagged as damage due to wear and tear or customer-induced. This is defined as an exclusion in our Limited Warranty Policy, as highlighted in the photo below. With all that said, do send me your ticket number so I can check if we have the option to submit an appeal.
