Hy All! I want to buy a razer ripsaw HD card. My question is, can I use it with my macbook air M1?I can play the game on the PC and the obs on the macbook air M1.Will it work?I know I need synapse and it's not available for mac. Hi. Capture card is Razer Ripsaw HD. Getting constant audio cracking sound.DPC latency checker showed nothing out of the ordinary. Tried different hdmi cables, different usb ports (3.2 is used right now). Reinstalled audio drivers, Razer Synapse. Disconnecting all usb devices did nothing. Video  

there is a starnge yellow filter over my ps5 screen on obs when using my ripsaw capture card and i cannot seem to get rid of it whatever i do, someone please help me

Hi guys, i'm facing a small problem, namely i need to use a second monitor, however i have a laptop (nitro 5... ) without thunderbolt port. that means i can only use one monitor using hdmi port. Can you please tell me, using the Razer Ripsaw, I can connect a second monitor to my laptop? Thanks.

I got my Kiyo Pro yesterday and after setting it up I realized that the webcam is super laggy to the point you can’t use it. You get a stationary picture every 3-5 seconds and that’s it. I tried messing with the settings on Synapse with no luck. It’s plugged in a usb 3.0 port. Today, I used it on a friend’s pc and it’s working perfectly fine. My pc is like 10 years old. So, my question is, does pc hardware affect webcam lagging/stuttering? If so, which particular hardware part is responsible for that? CPU or GPU? Thanks in advance!

My Ripsaw HD outputs a kinda pink-ish washed out color screen to OBS, Please help, I use a Nintendo Switch.

Hi everyone  i have just received my pro ultra, and have been setting it up anf playing about with it in OBS, but i have just noticed no matter that i do i cang get the white logo on my tshirt to be sharp, it always has a white bloom around it like its out of focus, but then i notice so do all the edges, am i doing something wrong?You can see what i mean around my tshirt logo, but also around the outline of my hand, and around my ear as well.I have played with every setting and changed the lighting in the room and cleaned the leanse nothing changes it.Jamie.

I have used my Razer Seiren V2 X for a while after a long tutorial. But I found it was still incomplete, so I went back to its base state, which I already went through. It picks up every single keyboard click, even my throat clicks despite being away from my mouth. The mic is advertised as not picking up clicks and stuff, so why is it so incompetent at that? Can anyone who has it show me how they set it up. Because without software, how is this mic functional?

Hi all! Looking for some audio help with the Ripsaw HD. Currently, I’m using it to stream Nintendo Switch. Switch is connected to HDMI input, output is connected to my gaming monitor. PC is connected via USB-C cable and outputs to secondary monitor, and my headset is connected to the 3.5mm jack on the Ripsaw itself in order to hear both my PC and Switch audio simultaneously, all as depicted in the layout graphic. My issue is not in the stream, in fact everything works very well there through OBS. All audio through the Switch is clear, and I’m using a desktop mic for communication so the microphone jack is not in use on the RIpsaw. The issue is that all of the audio that comes into my headset through the PC comes with a bit of static. Example: I am streaming Legend of Zelda for my friends in Discord. I can hear the Switch audio very clearly with no static, however, when my friends speak in Discord, there is some crackling and static that comes along that audio channel. Same things happe

Hey everyone,So Razer hasn't been able to help me with this consistent problem I’ve had with this webcam. My webcam glitches/flickers in and out sometimes more than other times. I have looked up every possible fix online from watching videos to removing it off my USB Hub to buying a new USB 3.0 cord as it was recommended by Razer to stop the glitching. This problem has been persistent for about a year now. I love the way the video looks when its not glitching but its frustrating when streaming or recording and this glitching constantly happens to the point it gets really distracting and forces me to remove my webcam from the video/stream. Hey,I got my new Razer Seiren V2 Pro today and i got big Issues with Razer Synapse.Since i plugged in the Seiren V2 Pro my synapse is reacting very slow When i click on Streaming the options of my mic are loading for ever. After 15min its still loadingI tired several USB Ports on my Asus Hero XII Mainboard and i reinstalled Synapse.  Anyone knows how to solve it? BR Patrick :)

Hello,So I've been having this recurring issue with my Razer Seiren V2 Pro. When I'm using the Microphone in OBS while livestreaming, it suddenly stops being detected by OBS. The only fix I've found is to unplug the mic and plug it back. The issue happens randomly, so I can have a whole day without the issue, and a whole day with the issue happening every 10minutes or so. Please help.

I am encountering an issue with my Kiyo Camera where it has come apart into several pieces while attempting to adjust it. It appears that the glue holding the base and the dial together is no longer effective. Can anyone offer any guidance or help with this matter?

Before I buy one, I need to know whether the KIYO will work on a 2-hour Zoom meeting. I’m not a gamer, but the camera on my Desktop Mac M1 is very poor. I need to present a better image of myself. What difficulties will I face? Where can I find good instructions?I read that I should install a Razer program called XSplit Vcam, and open it prior to my signing into Zoom? Still valid?
