I just recently upgraded to the new Asus G14 from an Acer Swift 3. After messing around with a lot of settings I got it to work on the old laptop. but as soon as I switched to my new one I get no sound and no video. and occasionally it wont even show the capture card in streamlabs. For something that is suppose to be plug in play it definitely is more than a hassle. I've looked everywhere online to fix the problem as this is messing with my income as a content creator. If i cant find a fix soon or Razer fixes the problem I'll probably just end up buying a different capture card with less issues. also i am trying to capture from a xbox series x and my xbox one. neither one would show in streamlabs. so i believe its either a ripsaw issue as its not the first time I'm dealing with this. or its a streamlabs issue but i doubt that since other clients like obs have the same issue.

I’ve seen a few threads that say that the fix for a blurry $150 webcam is to A) unplug it and re-plug it each time, or B) change the drivers. neither is a solution I think we should accept. I use mine in a docking station with four different laptops, one of which is a work laptop whose drivers I can’t change. This is marketed as a top end webcam, and I have to fiddle with it more than any other cam in my inventory. razer, fix your crap.

i bought a kiyo 2 days ago...it is absurd that the only way to make the webcam works with synapse was to uninstall the razer drivers and use the generic windows ones...and perhaps because of that ,cant find a way to change the resolution of the webcam, or is another synapse bug ? i need 60fps for facial recognition and can't find the way to do it your advertisement says you can choose between 1080p @ 30FPS / 720p @ 60FPS ..... please tell me how

My Seiren X seems to have an issue with capturing audio. Whenever I try to use it, it will capture in constant bursts of a few seconds of no problems followed by a sudden drop in volume or something, and just does that over and over. I'm not sure what to do here, as it even does this on another computer, where it also has a constant background beeping noise as well. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Reply below if you want razer to make a pcie capture card like the elgato 1. Yes it reduces the features that it can potentially have, but would be cool to have options for a more compact and clean setup. 4k60hz is preferred. If it is a possibility to have more usb and aux ports, that would be nice too. RGB is also a nice little unique feature for razer to add.

I just purchased the RipSaw for a week, tried to use either Razer RipSaw HDMI cable as input or PS5 HDMI cable as input, both experiencing the same issue. The output resolution from PS5 is HD 1920x1080. Changing it to 720p seems to solve the issue. (But I want to play it in HD?). It seems to be happening very often near the water in Astro's playroom. Can anyone assist me on this please?

I'm getting a tapping noise coming through my ripsaw HD. When I pass through to the monitor the sound is gone. But when I listen to the ripsaw audio through OBS or even just listen to the output in the recording section of windows sound control I can hear the constant tapping. I have tried taking everything off the USB board to see if it was to much, but that didn't help at all. I'm lost at this point and considering getting a different card altogether. Any help?

Hey all, I’ve seen a lot online about audio issues and I’ve tried a lot of the fixes but not making any headway. The only time I end up getting audio from the ps5 to streamlabs is when I plug in my headset into the ripsaw speaker jack. I usually have my headset and plugged into my controller for sound plus mic. Has anyone been able to sort this out? My other solution/problem was to just have it plugged into the ripsaw but then at some point buy a microphone, only problem with that is getting my voice to people on the ps5. Anyone with any recommendations or advice? I’m quite new to streamlabs so any help would be appreciated, and if you need anymore info let me know!

Every time I try to show any sort of Video using the Ripsaw, the video freezes on stream. I am not changing the settings for resolution or anything, and even if I wanted to there is not another one that I am allowed to change it to. The Audio meter also stops moving, but I am still able to hear the audio. I don't know why this is happening, I literally just got he product today.

Well, realistically one, but two would be nice. 1. A high quality DAC. I know it would be a lot to ask for a PCIE sound card, so I'll settle with a DAC. There are a lot of great DACs on the market, but I feel that this is an area that Razer should explore. I will always prefer hardware over software control. Something along the lines of the Mixamp or if they wanna go big, like the Sound Blaster AE-9 DAC (without xlr input). What I would like to see in this is the versatility and inputs of the Mixamp, but with better audio and amplification. Now what would make it huge, is if it is made to work along side the GOXLR or other audio interfaces. Which goes into my second point, which I feel Razer could really shine (if they don't cheap out on it), especially if they could do usb passthrough. 2. A GOXLR competitor. A Razer mixer. Hi team. I have an issue where I start my computer up. My Blackwidow keyboard lights do not start. It says that the streamer companion app controls the lights as I have have an emote display. I go into Synapse and turn the Streamer Companion App, off and back on to get the lights working again. I don't want to have to do this everytime I turn the computer on as sometimes, I just want to jump in and stream. Has any one else had this issue? Cheers

I want to upgrade my capture card. I have 1440p monitor and I wonder if that resoultion will be supported by Ripsaw? I learnt that in Elgato HD60s+ you can only choose between Full HD or 4K.

Dear Razer Support I got problem when i turn on my PC microphone seiren emote not popup light but sound is working. I try to plug off many time and back to work but i'm tired to do this every time. often it not light until i reboot PC and plug off and plug in many time. My Seiren X just started to pick up my voice as if I'm across the room even if it's just inches from my face. I know the mic isn't broken because it randomly worked earlier but is back to making me sound like I'm whispering. Here are the things I've already tried: Going to the Sound Control Panel and adjusting Levels. (They were already maxed out. There is also no boost option.) Uninstalling its drivers and plugging it back in. Unchecked "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device." Switching USB ports. Installing Razer Synapse. It doesn't support the Seiren X, but I thought I'd try. Updating the motherboard's audio drivers. Any other piece of advice would be appreciated.

So i bought a boom arm for my Seiren Mini. The website suggests a 5/8 inch thread adapter, so I bought two now, and they simply don't fit. Can anybody point me to the correct size adapter? the end for the boom arm is 3/8 inch thread

Hey guys, maybe one of you had sommething similar happen to them or maybe you have some new Ideas that i didnt try so far. Situation so far: After updating to Win10 because of Cyberpunk2077, my Razer Ripsaw almost completly kills my PC if i try to capture anything with it. I get in OBS/XSplit alot of tearing, slowdowns and fragmenting. My CPU jumps from idle 10% without being live to around 50-60% and my PC gets really slow, my Mouse only moves for like 2 secs stops and then moves again and so on. What i tried so far: reinstall of the Ripsaw Drivers reinstall OBS /Streamlabs OBS and XSplit tried a new USB Cable for the Ripsaw as my old one has seen better Days reset Wins10 Camera Options as i read that could give Problems for the Ripsaw in older Win10 Editions tried different USB 3 Ports on my PC My PC is an i7-5820 6 cores a 3,3ghz, on an msi x99s motherboard with around 32gb of ram, it shouldnt have such slowdowns esspecially if im not even live and just want to use the ripsaw to

Hey Guys i just got my PS5 and connected the ripsaw hd to it. I'm using OBS in my Mac Pro the thing is that I managed to connect everything and stream properly. the only problem that the ingame sound so LOW! every setting is in HIGH but still its very low. do u have any solution for it? thanks

I have a Razer Kiyo cam. Works perfectly on my Windows 7 work laptop, for skype ...etc. On my Windows 10 desktop, I constantly get the following error; "An error occurred accessing camera/microphone. Check other apps are not using those devices and try again.". I've enabled permission in settings, disabled firewalls, uninstalled drivers...etc. Any suggestions? Thanks. UPDATE: The microphone works for Skype (and other programs), but no video. When I disable the microphone in the the sound settings of control panel, the camera will work, but no microphone.

I've been looking around everywhere for more information as to whether or not the Ripsaw HD will work with a PS3 if both the video and sound on the console are set as HDMI outputs, similar to how (from what I've seen), the PS4 allows a straight plug and play setup.

I have spent hours trying to set up the Seiren Elite Mic without success. There seems to be a driver problem but paying £20 to update drivers on DriverFix just resulted in failures to install. Any ideas out there please?

So as exciting as it is that I just hooked up my PS5 after playing awhile I decided to hook it up through my Razer Ripsaw HD, in doing so I have just a black screen, tried unplugging it, restarting pc, checked both HDMI cords the one that came with the pc and the razer hdmi that came with the ripsaw, both worked from ps5 to monitor, I can find nothing online about it saying it doesn't work, everything says it should work and recommends it, anyone have anythoughts cuz I am at a loss and now for streaming I must use just my PS5 which negates everything I have setup in SLOBs.
