Hey everbody, i connected my brand new Razer raiju ultimate with my computer. Everything works with the controller when i tested it on a programm but when i start warzone it is not recognised. I have a scuff controller too and it works perfectly fine with the same cable. So there are no issues due to connectivity. Im connecting the controller with USB to my PC. Is it possible that the raiju is not working on Warzone (PC Version) ? I downloaded all drivers. Thanks for your answers. Best Regards Yannicko

I have the Blackwidow TE V2 and sometimes the lights turn off and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Opening synapse to restart the lighting doesn't work either. Also, I've tried installing fresh drivers and changing USB ports on my PC. Im completely defeated and don't know what else to do about it. If anyone has an idea what might be happening, please let me know so I can get this fixed. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I am making this post for people like me, who got their Razer controller without knowing much about how it works. It's quite different from the PS4 controller, but it works just fine with the PS! The controller manual tells you how to sync it with the PS, but once it's synced it's easy to de-sync. To avoid de-syncing, you gotta turn your PS on the button on the console instead via controller! To charge the controller, you gotta do it through PS instead of using an actual charger plugged to the wall. Inconvenient, but I thought my controller was broken untill I found this out. These instructions should come in the manual, but it can get confusing to people who aren't familiar with gaming software. A lot of people buy razer products because they heard they are good, they were on sale or something... Not everyone is used to them or videogames in general. I hope this post is useful to the newbies and if you got questions, I gladly help you out!

My Series X isn’t detecting the Razer Turret KB&M with the wireless dongle. I’ve tried every USB port. I manually plugged them into the Series X and they work. But the wireless dongle isn’t getting detected. Any advice? Help?

I just started using the Wolverine v2 and noticed that there's a physical problem when holding down a bumper and trying to pull the trigger on the same side at the same time. Here's a video I took of the issue: The trigger has a thin piece of plastic that moves behind the bumper and I assume it's to prevent things from getting lodged in between them. However, because the bumper has so much wiggle room, it actually collides with that piece on the trigger if I try to pull the trigger when holding down the bumper. I know that I could probably remap the buttons to flip them and be holding down the trigger while pressing the bumper, but that's not really the point. Buttons physically interfering with each other seems like a problem that shouldn't happen in the first place. I don't suppose there's anything that can be done about it aside from remapping or trimming those little guard pieces off the triggers (which I don't really want to do)?

The Razer Junglecat and Kishi are hugely better than the first-party joycons for the Nintendo Switch, and laughably better than any third-party alternatives. You've already done all the work to design the various switches, sticks, buttons, and ergonomics, why not take the next step and make the first truly premium Nintendo Switch joycons? This is money on the table, folks. (Don't talk to me about "pro controllers," this would be for people who want to play the Switch like a Switch. This is obviously a sizable market, otherwise why would Razer would the Junglecat and Kishi even exist in the first place…?)

I been trying to get my razer wolverine to work in linux, specifically ubuntu 20.04. To no avail I have attempted to look up if anyone else is having the same issue. Not only am I not finding anything on it, it doesn't seem to be that anyone is really attempting to do what I Am which is just use the controller like I would any typical xbox controller, but because razers controllers are not typical xbox controllers I am running into a problem. I don't think there are drivers for these things, at least that I could find. Can some one point me in the right direction?

Hello razer heads! So the other day the m4 button on my ultimate broke while playing. I have never abused the controller, and you can see this is a design flaw. I just know this will happen again with M3 button and feel this is really bad quality for a controller priced at 300$ i have had the controller for about a year so the warranty is no more. Is there a place to get a new set of M3 and M4 buttons so i can open it and fix this myself? I have looked all over the internet without any luck. Will upload pics later.

I've posted about this on other forums on Reddit but had no luck so here I am! Wondering if anybody has modded the PCB with the Brooks Fighting Board or if it even possible? I love the stick but I have seen the issues with the PCB not inputting commands properly. I've seen no videos on modding the PCB anywhere. HELP!

I have a Razer Raiju Ultimate which I'm using with the original USB cable on my Windows 10 PC (AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor, 16GB RAM, AMD Radeon RX 5700 GPU), but I can't get it to work with GTA V... - It works perfectly fine for Rocket League (I disabled the Steam controller support because it was messing up my bindings) - It's being recognized by Windows in Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other devices as two devices however: once as "Razer Raiju" but under "Audio", and once as "Xbox 360 Controller for Windows" under "Other Devices" - This I think connects to my previous point: Eventhough I installed the Raiju Ultimate XInput driver multiple times already (first by just running it and installing it over the automatically installed drivers by Windows, and then by completely removing and uninstalling it from the device ma

Hi everybody. I have a Raiju Tournament edition gamepad, have been playing COD Warzone with it for several months and noticed one problem: AIM assist works very poorly. On the standard Dualshock 4, aim assist is much stronger and seems to stick to the enemy, but the Raiju TE seems to constantly slip and is much weaker. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Greetings, I just bought the Razer Wolverine Ultimate, and yes its an amazing piece of tech. but dear razer team, just give us the option to remap the controller buttons. i would gladly pay extra fifty bucks, for that feature. and why do we need the xbox synapse version? its just funny thinking about it. so please when you design your next product in that same design pattern. please give us pc players that feature, or atleast say that m1-m6 are just another bindable 6 buttons. some games would be playable way better with such opportunities. From a year long big fan and costumer to razer. Kind regards.

Hello, I have had the problem that the Raiju Ultimate from the PS 4 does not recognize itself again and again lately. It then always went to remove the controller from the PS4 and then pair it again. But this variant has suddenly stopped working for 3-4 weeks. Now I can only use it with the cable, it's annoying. Does anyone have a solution for that?

Hi, Since upgrading from the Xbox One X to the Series X I have an issue with my Razer Thresher Ultimate, whilst playing I hear a beep and will loose all game sound. What happens is, the chat mixer suddenly will max out to chat so it turns the game sound to zero, so I hear no game sound, I have to adjust the chat mixer back to 50% (which is where I have it set) to get the game sounds back.

Kaira Pro has worked pretty well for me on my Xbox series X. I do get the latency issues when the controller isn't used for a few seconds, but it's my understanding this is an Xbox issue on all headsets. Gaming with my wife (who is in another state currently), she says I come through loud and clear. She's running the Arctis 9 which doesn't have any of the problems I'm about to mention. I do however have bluetooth issues with everything else. My Dell workstation laptop, my personal HP laptop, and my Samsung GS8 all have issues when connected to Bluetooth. They give sidetones beeps high and low at random and it sounds like the eq changes every time it does, until the headphones eventually shutoff by themselves even while in video, games, or music. I have updated to the latest firmware (which did get stuck at 100% for 30 minutes, but when I unplugged and plugged back in it said it completed. I'm trying to connect my Raiju Mobile with my Nvidia Shield, but an error message pops up saying "couldn't pair". The controller is showing up in the list but just doesn't want to pair. I've tried with my PS4 controller and I don't seem to have the same issue. Does anyone have any clue how I can solve this?
