There is a newer Version of the Raion with a pivot. For some unknown reason Razer still sent me the old version, which is basically non functional. Why is the old version even still in stock? If I order something DIRECTLY from the manufacturer for double the price than what amazon or expert charge I can expect to receive the latest version of said product.
Interestingly the return form also doesnt work properly and the customer service contact form wont load either. Fix this or this case will go straight to Paypal for a refund!
Shockingly bad experience right from the first purchase here.
