Can't link Razer ID to Twitter or Facebook
I wanted to link my social media but when I went to External Accounts under my profile settings,it only shows Razer ID Integration,and no Twitter or Facebook Integration Linking.I've seen from somewhere before that to link my social media I would do it under External Accounts.

Hi @kr4zyy, click on your profile icon on the right top. You will see a drop down menu, then click on contact details. Facebook and Twitter identities can be found there. :)
RazerSapiyoI put in my Twitter already about 2 days ago and I still have no received the achievement/reward for it,that was why I thought it was through somewhere else Pardon me,I just checked my rewards again and I just got awarded earlier today for linking my Twitter

I have the same issue where i have put my facebook and twitter on my account where there is no reward... i also don't recieve any reward for showing of my chroma setup and battlestation... I may be doing something wrong?
I put my Twitter name in the Contact Details area at least 5 months ago, still no achievement for it. I just put in my FB name and there's no achievement for that either. Is there some other step needed to gain those achievements?

The way you used to connect them was different, and that you would actually link the accounts. Now it is just typing in your username or whatever, and I don't think it actually works at making the achievement pop since that achievement was developed for the old system of connecting accounts.
Akimbowles_RangersI thought that too, yet it is a Staff member up top whom is outlining how to do so... although, granted, I've linked my Twitter handle for ages and never had the achievement pop either.. :slightly_sad:

Trying to figure out how to do this myself. The info I've found online before was to do it under "external accounts" which makes the most sense to me, but click on that page and I don't find anything, it lists my razer hardware and nothing else. I got this official post, but it's over a year out of date /how-to-link-your-razer-id-to-razer-insider.1904/
Yeah, it isn't set out like that anymore unfortunately. The new method of "linking" doesn't actually work.
me too and 'ive looked into external account and look into the HTML Code using inspect and it seem it is broken or some sort because i see a twitter log in system but it is possibly broken and causing it not to show up

is this issue fixed.i tried everything ,including connect razer id to facebook. still didnt get the achievment
Same issue here typed my username onto to link my Facebook & Twitter but did not get my achievement reward..
Err, yeh. Still does not appear to be working. :(
Yup this issue is still not resolved - No way to add external links to external accounts which means no progression through capturing the rewards. It would appear this particular marketing ploy has been abandoned.. Or maybe it has changed..
