Hi, I recently got myself Razer Barracuda X (2022), I have a problem with my left side of the headphones, they are making squeaking sound/high pitched sound after playing any sound. Squeaking stops after about 8 seconds i believe, and engages again after any sound was played. Also there is no squeaking when I connect them via bluetooth to my phone, it only does that on the USB dongle. I’ve tried every solution i could find on the internet, i swapped usb ports, tried them on 2 different PCs, even reinstalled my windows, etc. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or should I just return them?

Can you test your headset with a mobile device and check if the issue happens? Please also make sure to update your Razer Barracuda X (2022) firmware here. If the same problem persists, PM me your device serial so I can provide additional steps to resolve the problem. All the best!
