Barracuda X - keeps un-pairing and pausing video

As stated above the experience is absolutely horrendous.

My headphones keep being unpaired so i need to turn off, turn on, connect and disconnect the dongle etc.

And even if they pair there is a 30% chance that when I play a youtube video or stream the video gets paused the second i click play.

Is there any fix for this or is this the experience I should expect?
