Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 +5 instead of +12?

Hi guys, I’m looking for some help here.

So I recently got this headset and I’ve been playing around with the EQ a bit to see what sounds the best. Of course looked up “Best EQ” but it brought up the previous model which has +12 levels instead of what is now +5.

 

Can anyone help with this and do you recommend any particular set up that I can easily do? Headset is used for PS5, watching movies/TV etc but just want to get the best general sound out of these.

 

+7 +5 +4 +3 +2 +4 +1 +5 +5 +8   - this is what I found on Reddit but obviously cant use this as can’t go above +5

If your Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 is only showing +5 instead of +12, it could be due to software settings, firmware issues, or an audio profile limitation.
