Blackwidow v3 pro not charging

I bought this device last March and as of today it's no longer charging. When I plug it in via the USB C cable to my PC, it's stuck at 2% and won't go past that. I also tried plugging it to a wall outlet but it won't function via the wireless option.

Have you tried using another cable? I also would suggest to open a ticket with razer support or go to the shop where you bought the item for warranty.
