Can anyone speak to the volitility and ease of theft involved with Razer Gold Gift Cards, and can anyone tell me where I can go for Support? | Razer Insider

I have personally purchased over 100 Razer Gold Gift Cards from Amazon, PayPal, Walmart, Best Buy and various other retail stores. Everyone of them have different procedures and routes that can confuse or even anger the general consumer.

*It is worth noting here that as of 05/08/2023, most major companies have removed any possibility of getting a refund from ANY GIFT CARD sold in the market today, including Apple Cards, Google Play Cards, Amazon Gift Cards, Steam Cards,  as well as the Razer Gold Gift Card.

I've lost thousands of dollars 🥵👹🤬purchasing razer gold gift cards on Amazon. No more, as neither Amazon, nor its seller accepts or replaces the card when it is bad.(..already used, tho no one even received it!)!  I now get cards thru PayPal Digital... Not a single card has been bad!😘

Well I just purchased 9 Razer Gold gift cards at $200 USD a piece and they all had missing digits on the pin number.  I submitted a support ticket on 2/28/2024 to have them come back and tell me that 7 of these $200 cards were redeemed on 3/7/2024 which was not done by me.  The only other people whom had my details on these cards was Razer Support so How do I get my $1400 back on those 7 cards they claim were redeemed?

@kahlan630  i would demand a refund from where you purchased the cards from. If they do not refund you, your next step is your bank or whatever you used to buy them with.

I personally use try to use PayPal to pull funds from my bank, that way i have two different avenues to get my money back.

Good luck

Unfortunately I purchased them from WalMart and they refuse to do a refund on gaming cards.  Also most of these cards I paid cash for. Only a couple of them I used my bank card
