Can I control Chroma with USB hub?

I need to get a USB hub for my PC. But I'm wondering if I can control my chroma lights with a USB 3.0 hub. Please let me know, and if no, can you control it with the base station chroma?

    Errr not sure what experience @RazerLAB has had... But I've never had any Razer device directly connected to my computer. Always to a USB hub. Chroma still works perfectly. Yes, Base Station too!

    You can use your Chroma light but it will be slower so I recommend you not to plug your Chroma lights on your USB hub
