For Anyone Having The Failed To Start Message on Synapse I Think I found A Fix.

So this works for me everytime cause sometimes I get the error message and get stressed out over it too.

so basically go on to the search bar of your computer and look up Services and after you open it scroll down until you see the R section and look for any razer services running. after you find it look on the right of it and see if any of them says that is "disabled" if you do find any right click it then change the Startup type from disabled to Manual and then press apply. (do this for every razer service that's disabled)

after you do this go find your synapse and click on it and it should start working again.
