Hello, I haven't purchased a gaming system in a very long time. In searching for the best gaming laptop, Razer kept coming up. My plan is to alternate between a desktop for editing and a laptop for gaming, using the monitor I already have. Using a Samsung Ultrawide Odyssey G9. What are the specs I'm looking for plugging this into the laptop to have a smooth, great looking gaming experience?

I sent my laptop in 2 months ago to be repaired. Keep in mind that it had already been repaired by Razer before and the same issues came up again. After many delays it was found that they didn’t have the parts in stock to fix it so they would replace it. ORIGINALLY THEY WERE JUST GOING TO SEND ME BACK A BROKEN LAPTOP. After 2 months of fighting them, they sent a replacement but it was never delivered to me. FedEx says that the package was signed for but I was at work and no one was home, none of my neighbors saw a FedEx truck at all. So its obvious that FedEx delivered it to the wrong house. Razer claims that since the tracking shows as delivered, than they wont do anything. I opened a FedEx claim and that is going nowhere. First I was told by razer that they would request a copy of the signature that FedEx claims to have on file for the delivery and if they cant provide it (which they don’t have), than I would be sent a replacement. But today they tell me that I must file a police r

so my viper ultimate which i had for 6 months has this circular scratch mark under the logo, is there any way to hide this? if so. then what should i do?

Can anyone tell me how well the Iskur XL works for big guys? I’m 7ft tall so I know it’s hard enough to find a chair that works well but I just wanted to ask if any other big guys can tell me how they like it. I’m needing to use it for work and gaming so I’d like to know how comfortable it is for long halls. I’m wanting the fabric one in dark grey.

Being thankful should never be cheesy, but I have to admit, sometimes I feel like it's a little too gooey on the insides for me when people talk about what they're thankful for over the Thanksgiving holiday. However, I found myself super, super thankful for my pair of Anzu's. They're super great in a pinch when you need to jump on a call or take a call on the road, they connect instantly and you're good to go without having to fuss over earbuds or headsets. They also provide some much needed lowkey tunes when out and about. Is there a Razer product you're grateful for? I'd love to know. I was thinking what if there was a macro option where if the key, or button the macro was set on was pressed for a certain amount of time, it would activate the set macro like a hold delay. I think this could be very useful in binding things in a way where you could essentially have two ways to press one key. For a game example, binding that macro option to your spacebar and be able to regular jump by tapping once. And then holding it down to use a jump ability (e.g. double jump or boost). I feel this would be a great option to put in and would only help more people.

Hi, I just bought a Razer 17 and I would like to upgrade the storage to the maximum (8TB). The specifications say this: "Gen4 NVMe upgradeable to 4TB + Open M.2 Slot (Supports 2-sided NVMe Drive), upgradeable to 4TB SSD" I guess that means the first slot can only take a single sided SSD. I can't find this info on a lot of product pages. I'm also confused about heatsinks and whether I need to install one with them. Hi All, I have the mid 2021 Razer Blade 17. This model has an open m.2 slot which supports a double sided nvme disk. My question is, is it mandatory for the disk to be double sided or can I purchase a single sided disk ? Thanks.

Proprietary "universal" usb cables this absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. I'm sure it's been said here and many other places but I feel it needs to be said again. I have ALWAYS been a Logitech user. I never really wanted to change. Except when my G13 gamepad started to fail me and for some completely unknown reason they won't continue making them or make new models. I did quite a bit a research (obviously not enough) to find an all around system. I hate running multiple apps in the background just to have different companies mouse and keyboard. So I switched all of my peripherals to Razer. For Razer to make "universal" cables into propriety is not just sad, it's a desperate call for a class action lawsuit. I don't know how long this has been going on, but I wish I would have known before my purchases. I would rather run two apps in the background than pay for snake oil. To make a long story short, Razer is completely screwing me over. Does anyone know a way of contacting some type of superior or anyone to contact me because every email just gets an automated reply from the “VIP Team” along with them refusing to return my phone calls (multiple sent over multiple days where it states that you will be called back in 1 hour) even after they told me to call them. I sent my laptop in for repair due to it having a bunch of issues. Keep in mind that Razer has had to repair multiple of the same issue before and they have now appeared again. I was told by support that the repair would be completed in 5 days. They have now had my laptop for more than a month. It is extremely frustrating cause as a student I really need my laptop. The support just kept emailing me a generic “you will be updated in 24 hours.” I got the same exact email for 23 DAYS IN A ROW. I was hoping to purchase one of the new 14" Ryzen laptops, and pair it with a Core X for my media needs but I don't see a Thunderbolt port of them. And after speaking with a rep today they said it's possible if I utilize the Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock but not recommended because there would be latency delays. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this combination and can report, factually, on performance impact? Especially for video editing / VFX or high FPS games like Warzone?
