Hi everyone, I am new to this forum. I am planning to purchase the Razer Naga Pro Wireless mouse for my work. However, I cannot an offline installer for the Razer Synapse. From my research, I have to use Razer Synapse for assigning different function to the Programmable Buttons. My work location do not have Internet, so I want an offline installer to install the software. Do anyone know how to get the offline installer? Many thanks.

If a collaboration item goes out of stock, how long does it take for it to restock? I'm trying to buy the Genshin Impact themed mouse before March since that's when the collab will end but it's currently out of stock. Should I even wait for a restock? Or are restocks not a thing with collaboration items?

Hello, Currently in the middle of typing up a post - been away for a while, so am in the middle of reintroducing myself and sharing what happened - but keep constantly getting this annoying "Access Denied" error. Hey, recently I've updated Surround and it started to have a loud crackling noise to everything. Note that this is not static it just sounds like a really bad headset for example. If I turn off Surround everything is just fine. Any idea how to fix it? I couldn't really find anything useful on Google so far.

Hi I bought my laptop (blade 15, rz09-0328) ten months ago, it works very good. But suddenly from two days. When I restart or shutdown and open Immediately then my laptop is running and it's showing black screen. When I try after one hour it's opening. I think that tossing a gaming laptop, controllers and cables all into a bag is an inelegant solution. You will, more often than not, find your controllers to be in an uncharged state. I have a design for a large, all-in-one transportable gaming tablet that I feel would be ideal for certain cultures and locations and especially for Military personnel on bases (myself being a Navy Veteran). It keeps everything you need stored and fully charged and is perfect for table-top co-op gaming. I think that somebody should put everything you need to game into a big 24" gaming tablet. One that is not really portable (too big), just easily "transportable". Gaming cards, motherboards, power supplies, etc. are shrinking fast so do I believe that the concept works now. You can have everything you could need or want fully charged all the time, instead of digging through a dirty bag for accessorizes that you might have forgotten to re-charge the last time you gamed on the road. I have been gaming for a long time, went to consoles and got tired of that and back to play with the big boys. That being said, I decided to build my own pc yet again and wanted to go with Razer for most of the components. The Tomahawk case doesn't say if it comes with a PSU or not , lists no electrical info so I called in to double check and to see what PSU they recommended. After 15 minutes asking the question if it came with a PSU the lady asks me if I want to know about fans. OMG, head is about to explode...so I wound up here looking for suggestions :) Anyhow...any suggestions on Power Supply for the ATX Tomahawk case? The Razer PSU isn't out yet, but not sure when that releases.

Anyone else getting a Razer updater at boot up that fails? I went to the website and reinstalled all Razer SW and it seems to have stopped. Thought it was strange. Have a good day!

Hello dear community, sadly while a very important event was going on when typing something I accidentally did the FN+Y shortcut on my Razer Huntsman Mini v2 and it turned off my PC. Now it actually caused PTSD now where I'm scared of typing so my PC doesn't turn off. I have many products from Razer and I even checked on my DevPC if the Huntsman TE also has that shortcut. I was really angry and now I'm scared and sad that I missed 1min before the event ended because my PC turned off.

Hi I've recently got an Razer Ripsaw Capture card, but I will admit that I have no prior experience with using capture cards or other recording/streaming equipment; but I've gotten the device set up properly in OBS so it is capturing Video and Audio from my PS4 (after a lot of bumbling around.) I was just writing here to see if anybody had some advice for any advance settings beyond what's said in the instructions. My computer is not the best in the world for recording, nor do I know much advanced info about computers that I probably should. I want to make shagle the captures look as nice as possible omegle , while not overheating my computer. any advice?

Been a LONG time since I've been particularly active, so I wouldn't be surprised if no one remembers me - I'm sure we also have many new people around here. I figured I'd share what happened and reintroduce myself. Fair warning in advance: it's a LONG one! In a nutshell (as much of one I can manage), back on March 3, 2018, my grandmother suddenly and unexpectedly passed away; prior to, she had an infection (cut her leg on the edge of her bed, which had a metal frame), went to hospital, and they claimed she would be fine, but, surprise - she ended up dead shortly thereafter, and warning signs were missed completely by supposed professionals! Anyway, as a result, I ended up helping to care for my veteran grandfather, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, so he could stay in his home. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. When I first got my Viper 8khz wired, it was working fine, didnt need to install Synapse 3 because I already have the Blackshark. A day later, the mouse disconnects randomly and causes my game (DoTA2) to crash. I tried searching online and did every fix out there from fixing USB ports, power management and finally found a YouTube video of the mouse disconnecting when lifted off the mousepad. I returned the mouse thinking it was a hardware issue and got a replacement mouse. The replacement mouse worked just fine and didn't have that issue. This lasted for about 3 weeks when last night the mouse disconnected again. This time not only does it disconnect instantly when lifted off the mousepad, it does by itself after about 15 seconds when connected. Tried it on the PC and a laptop, same issue. Is there a software or hardware problem with this mouse? I find it extremely unlucky to have 2 of the same mouse having the same problems.
