Hi im new Razer Insider how its going?

I'm huge fan of Razer, can screenshot all of my old / current equipments by Razer. Recently, I purchased Razer Blade Base (Early 2020) with RTX 2060, since Advanced model is too expensive, I thought base is enough for me + I'm not huge fan of RGB. I installed linux to handle my some stuffs, but saw that there is a Synapse port for Linux called OpenRazer. I installed it then realized Razer's "Per key / Per zone RGB" thing is a huge lie. There is only software limitation for Synapse, basically you get full RGB using external application. I always thought they didn't add something that increases the price of base model for the rgb, but it seems, they just add limitation.

how many times does my internet go offline, 1-3 times a year? at least once every 2 years im offline for a good chunck of the day. Problem is i have a razer keyboard, 3 of them and without online on all i get is a flashing many colours cyle bs. If i chose or make a colour scheeme for the 200 uk pounds the keyboards cost i expect it to hold my choice offline. God as sad as id be to have just one colour on and stay static, its still not enbough withm a expensive keyboard, but razer cant even do that. i have a corsair 70 pounds mechanical keyboard and you dont have to be online to set the coulours up or keep your setup. i remember there used to be a offline mode which most of the time was broken and even then youd still have to be online to open up software. By by razer, great keyborads exept the lighing, ive had enough. How many other people feel this way, id love to know. I cant be the only one.

My trackpad is extremely elevated and it doesn't click at all. I think that the battery could be swelling. Does anyone know how to fix this or where I can go to get it fixed? FYI: my warranty is expired.

So recently i just got a new pudding keycaps set for my huntsman elite. Everything fit in fine but the spacebar, i've done a lot of reaearch online but all of the methods i found does not seem to solve my problem. Therefore im now here seeking for helps

Hi everyone, my Lazer laptop is able to detect wireless networking, however it's No Internet, while my mobile and other devices can connect to it. I have tried Troubleshooting, but no luck. Any help would be very appreciate!

Ok, so I am a true Razer fan, but it has come to my attention that Razer (not Corsair, Logitech, SteelSeries so on) gathers a LOT of criticism. I have owned Razer products for almost 4 months now - and they are pitch perfect (Apart from 7.1 Surround Sound making weird sounds in my Kraken X USB). Razer's criticism might be affecting me! Generally I would just click purchase, but the criticism is making me think a lot about buying it. Answers would help me be more firm with Razer, and more "This is a good brand! Let's buy it." instead of "Hmm, I like Razer, but is it actually good?". Any responses are extremely appreciated! Alex!

Hello everyone, its been sometimes aye. hope you all good ! I wonder with this title maybe Razer will Reconsider to make a Version 2 (V2) of some product that hype from few years ago or decades maybe. Today in 2021 im still using my Nabu Wacth, Nabu Smart Band. Leviathan Mini etc. This are just some of Razer product that have been discontinued. and i wonder is it still worth it in 2021 if you trying to get it or is it worth it to make new Version of those Gear ?

I have the Seceretlab Titan XL in SoftWeave charcoal blue fabric, and I have to say the comfort is amazing. the only issue is that there is a little bit of back forth movement, but not so much to be greatly noticeable, also I have read it in forums, that this is generally the case, as its made that way due to the bulkiness and size of the chair. Also since,its the XL, it is slightly heavy. So will have to get an underlay, as it takes a bit of effort to move it around on long pile carpet. Please share your gamer chairs below :smile_:

Has anyone had the issue where there headset won’t charge? Charging and working perfectly two days ago and now I cannot get them to turn on or charge. Any assistance is appreciated!

Hi there everyone, I just got myself a Razer Blade 15 Base model. I have a couple questions and maybe there is someone kind around that could answer. 1. My Razer is hot. Like all the time when I put my hands on to computer I feel heat. My previous laptop was Dell XPS 9550, which is also a beast in a small box, but this one is way hotter. I'd say that the area where I rest my palms is around 40-45 degree celcius even when I'm writing this post. Is that normal for Razer or should I be concerned that there is something wrong with mine? 2. The 230 watt power brick attached to this laptop is really big and heavy. Is there any alternative to this? I doubt that this laptop needs 230 watt power at all times. Would it hurt it if I used 100 watt charger for travel and and "not so heavy" tasks? Is maybe a USB-C charger an option? My setup is: i7-10750H / 16GB RAM / 512 GB / Win10 / RTX3060 / 144Hz screen (planning to expand on ram and ssd) Have a nice day.

So I've had the Razer Blade 15 Base Model for just over a year, and the touchpad has been super inconsistent. Right now, I cannot click on the touchpad unless I use the bottom-left corner and press extremely hard. Is there a solution? What the heck is wrong with this laptop? I cannot click anywhere on the rest of the touchpad; it is as hard as a rock.

I was on Razer synapse today looking at the chroma section. I clicked on a link and ended up on razerzone.com (Official Razer site). I clicked on a download for chroma software. After clicking download, a second later my antivirus (Kaspersky) goes off saying that they detected a malware and canceled Chroma sync download. It quarantines it then asks me to reboot. It looks as if the virus is gone now. Does anyone know why Razer would do something like this? Might there be any other malware my antivirus didn't catch? thanks.

Do you own this same Blade I have listed below? If you do, please try to update your NVIDIA drivers and tell me what happens. What 3070 drivers came with your 2021 Blade 15 QHD with the 3070? My 2021 Base Blade 15 with a QHD screen and 3070 came with Nvidia 457.63 drivers. If I install the current 461.40drivers the laptop screen will go black. It will only display an image on the onboard GPU. I can get the 3070 to work on an external monitor with the 461 drivers. When I roll the drivers back to 457.63 I can see the screen again with the 3070. I have reinstalled windows three times with no luck. I even installed older drivers but the screen is always black with any drivers other than 457.63

Hello, I wanted to know why when I play the razer cortex compatible game it doesn't calculate my play time which is really problematic for the team awards that are being held right now. Please help me.
